What's up fellas!

I am new to this whole game. Was about to consult with Dr. Loria when I thought "maybe I should look for a forum" and it looks like I made the right choice.

I have a few questions:
1- Why is Dr. Loria's use of silicone considered bad? The only negative reviews I can find seem to be down to the patient's error.
2- I am 5.25" Erect girth and around 6" Erect length but am at times less than 2.5" Flaccid length. I would like to gain some erect length but I don't have my heart set on it, I would absolutely want to gain both flaccid and erect girth, gains of around 1.5". With flaccid length hanging at or very close to my erect length of 6". What would be the best plan of attack? I am fortunate enough to say the cost does not matter, nor travel but would ideally like to stay in the US for peace of mind. I also don't mind going back in for a "top up" as long as it isn't too frequent.

Am I best going with Morganstern (or somewhere else I am unaware of) getting to my desired girth and then going to Dr Loria for his new implant to work up to achieving my desired length?

I apologize if I have asked any dumb questions, I am truly new to all of this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
J

If you choose Morganstern your only options right now are HA and FFT. At Avanti you can choose between Ellanse and PMMA. Why does Tijuana not give you piece of mind? I think you’ll quickly find that it’s a non issue and that choice of procedure far outweighs having to cross the border.

1- When a doctor has to continuously blame a patient's error for a poor result, it should be a red flag. Reasons why? Well a ton but I'll keep it concise:
  1. No other Doctor employs the use of silicone oil in the penis despite having access to it, why? Think about that alone.
  2. An extension to the above bullet-point: every Clinic & Doctor who sponsors PB has embraced the No-Silicone-Zone policy.
  3. The reason silicone is a problem is that when complications do arise, they are often severe and very complicated to treat.
  4. Dr. Loria is NOT a cosmetic surgeon, and that lie on his website should be actionable by the Board of Medicine in Florida. He spent most of his "cosmetic" career doing hair restoration and nutrition; he's as far from a penis expert as you can get. He's only doing this because he has access to off-label use of fillers and is jumping on the cash bandwagon.
  5. Multiple accounts with the same IP address from his town created fake shill progress reports all over the old site and had to be banned. Once caught, whoever it was behind the PC in Florida was very upset and sent me and other moderators nasty, mean messages. Very professional & ethical, don't you think?
  6. I know a few of my Sponsors have had to treat complications stemming from silicone oil and I've seen a few emails from victims myself. I'm not saying they were all patients of Dr. Loria (since people do silicone injections "underground"), but truth be told --> cosmetic silicone may be useful in other areas, but is a poor candidate for penis enlargement (in all its iterations).

Not that there were a lot of progress reports on Dr. Loria on the old forum, they weren't generally favorable. You can search and look around for yourself of course. I anticipate a flood of his patients in the coming years once complication rates come to fruition. This happened with Dr. Elist's silicone implant that were implanted around 2009-2012. Had a slew of his patients come report about their complications afterwards (and did so with photo proof). Coincidentally, silicone was involved (albeit in a different form).

Quite frankly, he's the kind of practitioner that holds the industry back. He's the kind of bonehead that perpetuates the stigma associated with phalloplasty. I wouldn't take a Ferrari to allow him Sponsorship here.

As for your second question. You'd be surprised, 6 inches is more than sufficient. I guarantee you some people can't tell the difference between 6.5 and 7.5, and quite frankly, length is overrated. Girth is king. That said, even your girth is above-average. If I were you, I'd stick to low-to-modest volumes, preferably HA in your circumstance. It'll improve your flaccid somewhat and wont risk sacrificing natural aesthetics. Morganstern Rejuvall is an excellent option if that's something you're already considering.

Good luck.

I personally have nothing against Tijuana or Mexico but am hesistant to have work done there as a few people I know have had bad experiences. Not to mention, the way the world is just now, I wouldn't want to have something done, get ready for my second appointment just for the borders to close, etc. A bit silly, I know... but I overthink everything.

I appreciate your reply and will take all of the info into consideration.

What do y'all think about the Elongating Circular Corporoplasty by Androfill in the UK?

Bad experiences? If you're implying bad experiences with Avanti, I'd like to see some evidence since I know of no "bad experiences" involving the local area and their Clinic. If you're referring to Tijuana in general, then I think you are indeed over-thinking it. Quite frankly, I've heard of worse instances in American cities; there are definitely "danger zones" and "hot spots" in and around Mexico, but Tijuana is pretty reasonable if all you're doing is traveling for cosmetic work. American citizens travel there from Southern California to get dental work done ALL the time.

I'll be speaking with Androfill later today and I'll get more info on that particular procedure. If you are in or around Europe, they are a very good choice in that they offer both HA & Ellanse (among other Male Enhancement options).

Yea, if you're too concerned about covid to do boarder crossing you probably shouldn't be traveling at all, within the US or out of, or get any elective procedure done. There is less risk crossing the boarder than flying, I can attest to that first hand from 4 crosses (2 trips there and back) during the whole covid deal.

No, I am not talking about Avanti. The people I know went for completely different procedures, they were botched jobs and the surgeons were nowhere to be found.
Covid-19 plays a factor but that isn't what causes my hesitation with the border, it is how the world is politically now, with trade wars and border closures. I am not completely closed off to having it done in Mexico, especially if the options are better but it would just be my personal preference to stay in the US, I am also in the UK a lot so would be open to having it done there as well.

Thanks, I look forward to reading your thoughts on Androfill. Looking at pictures of the procedure itself made me squeamish but the results seem amazing.

Is there any data on how long PCL last's? Also, with PMMA being permanent, if there is an issue, is there a way that it can be reversed?

Not to be a stickler but shouldn’t this be in the general section? Not really patient support if it’s questions about particular procedures.

At Androfill's website pointed out that it's the only surgical option to enhance erect length and this is in fact absolutely true (because ligament cut doesn't enhance erect length, only flaccid). So I'm interested in "Elongating Circular Corporoplasty" procedure too. Did you ask them about this surgery?

They are short-staffed due to covid, so Francis has had to take up a few additional roles reducing his availability; in conjunction with long time zone distances, we've had some missed exchanges. We are slated for a conversation soon, and I will update this topic asap.

@Skeptical_One

Thanks S.O. If you don't have any specific questions about this invasive elongating surgery, may you ask them about real outcomes of "Elongating Circular Corporoplasty", i.e. what is realistic length gain? At Androfill's website it says that "The NVBs are somewhat elastic and can stretch (lengthen) as much as 2 inches", but from my own research (I've read many publications about this and similar surgeries) I can say that this number is a bit exaggerated, which is proven by before/after pics at Androfill's website (the biggest gain they posted is only 2.5 cm or 1 inch). Yes, that is still significant gain, but I think you will agree that the biggest gain in their gallery (2.5 cm) is nowhere near of declared 5 cm or 2 inches. So what should expect patient with an average length, let's say 6 inches and without prior penile surgeries?
