That makes sense, happy to invest where required to try resolve this situation. What are your thoughts on my proposal for the positioning of the cut if you don't mind me asking?

In terms of where you want the cut, there will be a number of options open to you, once you have sufficient skin. You idea seems very plausible, it's just a case of finding a good Dr and you can run through the options with him. But as long as you have enough skin to work with, he should be able to do what you want.

Yes, electrolysis will work, but the will never be a perfect match. With sufficient new shaft skin, you can decide what you'd prefer. You could get electrolysis now and see if you like it.

OK, that is an unusual positioning for the circ. The scar itself does not look that bad, maybe some silicone gel/sheet may help. But Hoddle's suggestion, as usual, is very good. Especially with the T-tape to stretch the skin below the current scar. The the idea would be to excise more skin from the existing scar and towards the end. Can you share a photo of it from underneath (more skin taken from that side?). But skin does stretch - done slowly and that could solve your problems.

Dr Alter LA is the best doctor for Circumcision.

But I do not know if he is performing at this time!

Hi Dr Oates,

Thank you for the reply, I missed the notification on this so apologies for the delay. I've attached some further pictures to give a sense. The underside is a mess- they took far too much skin and the glans is now twisted and off-centre. Following stretching of the skin over the next 6 to 12 months (I have ordered the CAT device as recommended here) do you feel you may be able to recitify the current situation?

Thanks for the photos. Yep - go with the stretching. That should untwist the glans. Maybe consider steroid + 5FU injection if there is an area of significant tightness or thickening. Time will make some big differences. I myself dont do circus.

If in NY go to NYU and see Dr.Lee Zhao, he is one of the best when it comes to Urology reconstruction
I had similar issue and was depressed, because the scar bumps was Ugly, he made made penis look normal again.

Thank you for the suggestion. I've been stretching, however while I know this is a long road, it doesn't seem to be providing much benefit as of now. I'll continue to work on it, in the meantime I'll certainly reach out to Zhao, I'm keen to try get a virtual diagnosis if nothing else until covid abates.
