You idea seems very plausible, it's just a case of finding a good Dr and you can run through the options with him. But as long as you have enough skin to work with, he should be able to do what you want. Yes, electrolysis will work, but the will never be a perfect match. With sufficient new shaft skin, you can decide what you'd prefer. You could get electrolysis now and see if you like it. The scar itself does not look that bad, maybe some silicone gel/sheet may help. But Hoddle's suggestion, as usual, is very good. Especially with the T-tape to stretch the skin below the current scar. The the idea would be to excise more skin from the existing scar and towards the end. Can you share a photo of it from underneath (more skin taken from that side?). But skin does stretch - done slowly and that could solve your problems. I've attached some further pictures to give a sense. The underside is a mess- they took far too much skin and the glans is now twisted and off-centre. Following stretching of the skin over the next 6 to 12 months (I have ordered the CAT device as recommended here) do you feel you may be able to recitify the current situation?
