Hi everybody!
Im from spain and i will try to explain you my experience about Phalloplasty. I started practicing jelq, pumps and so on since 10 years ago when i was 19 years old. Now i'm 28, almost 29.
In january i had my first surgery and it started my bad luck. Besides my gilrsfriend had a affair with other man for 1 year.
you can imagine how i feel me. Since then my complex increased and dont stop.
I had the first surgery with dermal graft, similar to alloderm. The brand is called Egis by Biocablan.
The first two week all seem ok but my penis started to out liquid. i didnt afraid but two days after it started to out parts of graft by one
stitches. I lost almost all the graft. 7000€ lost day a day. Imagine my situation...
1 month ago my family helped me, and i could have my second surgery but now with fat. 3 week after the fat started to absorb.
I have good meassures but only i wanted to gain 2cm.

Flacid 12cm(EL) x 12.5/13cm(EG)

Erect 18 (EL) x 13,5 (near to glans) and 15 in the base.

Now i want to try with PMMA, but this time will be my last try.

I want to gain 1,5 cm with PMMA. I hope Dr.C canhelp me. i know that my historial is complicated but i want to trust him.

i will put photos about th graft in my hand.

Sorry for my english. i hope you understand me good.

Dermal Grafts can fail when blood supply is poor; this can be a result of stacking too many layers of cadaver, inhibiting vascularization in the process. This is why I recommend no more than one sheet of any given dermal graft matrix to be implanted by an experienced physician to maximize chances of vascular success (and by extension, survival of the implant).

Thanks for sharing your experience. Dr. C & PMMA are a good alternative if it's permanence you seek. You should be able to acquire those gains, just be sure you inform them of your past medical history (including the graft) and what your goals are.

Good luck!

Allograft can occasionate problems and postoperative is too hard especially if you have problems and see like you lose your money piece by piece.

The doctor already know about my surgeries i dont want to pass by the same newly. I Hope Dr. Casavantes makes a solution for me.

Since you've submitted a number of quality post-op shots, I went ahead and enabled your account as a Lifetime Premium - so you should be able to view photos now.
