Just to provide some perspective. If she was really dissatisfied she wouldn't be having sex with you. Penile enhancement is partly for satisfying your partner, but a lot also for your own self esteem. With regards to satisfying her, you have an average penis. I have had sex with ~100 women and also am close friends with a few women who have sex with a lot of guys and it's not simply that having a bigger penis is the answer.
