TOPIC: Phalloplasty Case By Dr. Morales at Avanti Derma

40-year-old patient circumcised who came for phalloplasty procedure. He had one session with Silicon unknown amount and brand in a different clinic six months prior to our procedure. He wasn’t happy with the results because the entire product concentrated at the base (pubis) of penis.
The patient came to Avanti Derma to correct the asymmetry and more volume.
He did 4 procedures and the volume used was 18 cc’s of Linnea Safe in each procedure the patient opted for the Utmost package.



Measurements:

Length: 11cm (4.3 in) / 16cm (6.2 in)

Initial girth in middle shaft: 10cm (3.9 in)

Final girth in middle shaft after procedure #5: 15.8cm (6.2 in)
