Can anyone confirm if this happened because of filler injection and is it a real concern?

It doesn't sound as if this has anything to do with fillers. He had a attack during surgery. One of the key advantages of fillers is that they avoid surgery and the risks associated with it. It's the surgical process that has been the bane of PE procedures. Fillers have forwarded PE so dramatically over the last decade, as so many of the complications experienced by guys having PE procedures, came as a result of the surgical process.

It's a strange scare story for Dr Elist to promote, given he performs surgery, under general anesthetic and filler procedures are done either with a simple numbing injection, numbing cream or nothing at all.
