I’m just curious what happens to people who are really bad growers? So I’m 6.25” BPEL 5” nbpel but my Flaccid can’t be 1” at times. I seen that hotdog look but will it be really bad for me?

The PMMA can help improve Flaccid hang, but if you're a grow-er, you still may experience it no matter how much product you have injected (and this is likely true for all dermal fillers). I had the same issue as you and there are days where the "pig-in-the-blanket" can occur when Flaccid. However, when I do hang, it hangs real nice. I'm sure experiences vary though.

Ahhh I don’t know if it’s just me but that feeling when it turtles is what bugs the living hell out of me I’m afraid it might get worse.

I don't think Turtling will get worse with PMMA... it'll either remain the same or improve somewhat due to the collagen inhibiting retraction.

In general, fillers make the whole thing heavier, which reduces retraction. I still retract quite a bit sometimes, but definitely less than before.

I have found with guys getting really bad retraction that with Ellanse it can squash the product up and cause more irregularities. I think you would want to be using a alpha blocker, some sort of all day stretcher or sheath with success before having a stimulatory filler - really any filler.

That's great advice from Dr O and exactly what I did. I used to turtle badly, so took Flomax for a couple of weeks post op and wore a stretcher, pretty much 24/7. I think I worse the stretcher for 6 weeks after my first procedure. That was probably massive over , as was 2 weeks of flomax, but I was super paranoid about the product squashing if I turtled during the healing process. I now turtle way less than I used to and it's only an issue when it's very cold.

Thank you for that Dr. O. I’ve been on alpha blockers(flomax, doxazosin) for the past year now and it has never affected my Flaccid. I do have a vacuum stretcher that I gave up on I wore it every day for 6 months for at least 6 hours a day, and saw no improvement with my Flaccid so i gave up. But i will try again. I did make a lot of gains Hanging .5” Erect gains but never saw any Flaccid gains.

How long would you recommend someone to wear an ads stretcher post op?

ADS - maybe a month?
Flomax/alpha blockers - certainly dont work for everyone. Maybe we could increase the dose - as it is not a medication I otherwise use have been reluctant to post dosage incase of side effects - especially postural hypotension ie having too low a blood pressure when you get up quickly.

Thank you, I’m at a high dose for doxazosin, I can’t go much more or I get dizziness.

Question for you guys. I had 25 syringes done today. It added over an Inch of Girth. The retraction I’m getting now is from my scar to my head is all retracted into my shaft where the PMMA is. Is there anything I should do or will the skin stretch with time?

You need to follow the Texas protocol for aftercare . Keep it stretched out and massage often.
