The first week has elapsed from my first round of PMMA. I took the aftercare very seriously and the result shows. So far I am very happy with the decision and very grateful for the Avanti Derma team! It's a wild confidence boost!
Like everyone had said, in total, I gained about .5 inches overall (I wish a little more stayed and I would've possibly never gone back for a 2nd round).
Speaking to Dr. C, he said that coming back in 4-5 months for Round 2 is best. I didn't really get to ask him why.
Does anyone know know what its better to wait longer?
What was your experience of either, taking the bare minimum wait time versus waiting 5+ months before your next round?
I'm debating just waiting 4 months and trying to go again in end of November but if there is a clear difference for those who wait, I am willing to be patient.
The minimum time that is suggested for another full round is 6-8 weeks. However, I believe that waiting around 5-6 months is an appropriate time because it gives you sufficient time to see how things end up. Your body could take longer to produce collagen, complications, etc. By allowing your body time to heal and work with the pmma, you can have a more accurate idea of what to do with subsequent rounds.

I'm with Brice, wait longer. I was six weeks between round 1 and 2 and now that I've waited so much longer after round 2, I realized I had some late changes and settling. It's worth the wait.
Also Brice I've tried replying to your PM but the system keeps messing up for me!
