I won't give an in depth journal of this experience, many others have done that, so if you are going to
Avanti Derma, you should have a good idea of what to expect. Clean, bright VERY professional office, Dr C and Ian are amazing. Honestly, you couldn't ask for a better experience.
I have been on the boards for quite a while. And besides a half assed attempt at manual PE, the only other procedure I've had is the PRP + Stem Cells. Which, by the way, I need to go back and amend my post on. I thought I might have realized some small gains from that, but although it felt heavier and looked great for about 2 months, it eventually all went away.
I've been going back and forth on the
PMMA idea for quite some time. But I just can't get past the fact that if something does go wrong, it's surgery to remove (and even then it's not a guarantee) I researched the other fillers. Almost ended up doing
HA, but the "squishy" reports made me balk.. and in addition to that, some report only lasting 12 months.
Enter
Ellanse. Seems to be as close to perfect for my situation as is available right now, or anytime in the near future. I scheduled a business trip to San Diego with a three day stay in TJ for the procedure.
Had a nice conversation with Dr C before the procedure, and as everyone else has mentioned, they opened the packages in front of me and gave me one of the lot number stickers so I could have it for my records. Very professional. The procedure itself wasn't bad at all. Numbing crème was applied, blood was drawn for PRP, and a few lidocaine injections that weren't fun, but the actual injections of the
Ellanse wasn't bad at all, just feel the pressure etc.
I was originally scheduled for 12 CC's, but as we got to the end, Dr C asked if I cared if we did one more. Being a little longer than average (7.75
BPEL) there was a low spot that needed to be filled in, I agreed (obviously) so, ended up with 13cc's total.
Ian showed me how to massage everything, but honestly, I have no idea if I'm doing it right. It so hard to tell where the low and high spots are due to the swelling and bruising. I did get the LED treatment, that's supposed to help reduce swelling quicker, so we'll see if that helps. Hopefully before the 5 days are up (the mallable phase of the
Ellanse) I'll get it reduced down to where I can tell what's the new me, and the swelling .
So, I find myself in my room at the Grand typing up a report for my Phalloboard brethren, while trying to sit forward on my chair enough that the noose
Hanger can hang off the edge of the chair. And wonder, what the Hell did I just do? By all accounts I have an above average
Cock. What drives us to go do this extreme? I think in my case, I was such a
Grower, I wanted a bulge super insecure about that I guess. Don't really care about increasing
Erect size that much. Afraid of pricing myself out of the market for oral etc.
I worry seeing my
Cock the way it is now that it will ever be normal again. I know the swelling will go down, but I don't want to be trapped in this cycle of coming down for "touch ups" etc.
Anyway, overall pleased with the experience, I guess a little bit of self doubt is creeping in, I really believe this is more art that it is science, and I'm grateful that there were a lot of guys that went before me, so Dr C could hone his craft.
I'll upload some pictures as we go. But no lie, the first couple days of bruising and swelling are a little nerve racking.
More later.
