Just seen this on youtube is this what happens with all FFT. Looks a bit overdone to me ? Would the results last?

Way over done. The result will be dreadful.

Also, the Dr should have turned him away before doing the surgery. That guy is naturally hung. The last thing he needed was to have a shit load of fat squirted into his penis, especially given he is uncircumcised. With mobile skin and so much fat, it's not only going to look ridiculous, but will feel ridiculous.

So why go that big then? I take it this is not what happend during a normal FFT. How come a surgeon agreed to go so big ?
