Non-surgical techniques are the most trending. The vast majority are temporary (or long-term temporary). There are good permanent options but will likely require traveling depending on where you reside.

I'm not sure if anything is "under study" per se, much of the advancements of Phalloplasty take place inside aspiring aesthetic medical clinics. I'd recommend reading around some of the more popular topics here & in the Patient Support Group.

Good luck!

I'm very curious to see what the future holds for Phalloplasty. I bet someone eventually figures out a silicone implant that's safe and effective.

Unfortunately, I don't think there's a lot of motivation in the medical research community to develop Phalloplasty procedures.

The options you've mentioned (non-surgical) are for Girth only. There's no new options nor surgical or non-surgical for Erect lengthening. The last time that someone were experimenting with this, it was Sava Perovic and it was like 25 years ago. And as we don't see Sava Perovic's technique for lengthening as an available option now, it means only one thing: his experiment was not successful. Since then - NO any improvements for lengthening. And it literally means NOTHING new. I wondered about this a lot of times for the past years, since I joined to PE community, but as I said: nothing has changed AND nothing will change, at least for the next 50 or so years which is sad.

Yes you are right, the options I listed were strictly regarding Girth.

As for length, there is reason to believe refining & innovating current Ligamentolysis could be one avenue. There is reason to believe current Ligamentolysis procedures can work for some individuals (although the degree of success is hard to ascertain). There is always a possibility some breakthrough is found in some other field that happens to also work for lengthening... think of the Viagra example; it was used for blood pressure only to find that it does a great job inducing erections. You never know.

Casting doubt and predicting the next 50 years is asinine. If I had that attitude, this forum wouldn't exist, and I wouldn't be wearing Magnum XL's. I'm just saying that a defeatist mentality over something you can't naturally change isn't healthy at all. If you're so certain that no one will develop a safe means to lengthen the penis in the next 50 years, you may really want to consider abandoning your penis enlargement aspirations, and perhaps even move on from this site & topic altogether. What benefit is there to dwell on your Dick size only to beat yourself over the head about how it'll never happen? I say that respectfully.
