I’m considering either using a chip clip or one of those alligator hair clips and clipping it underneath the shaft where the scrotal webbing is, or using half a drinking cup (cut vertically lengwise) which I would have the “U” shape go underneath the base of the shaft and putting pressure where the penis connects the the body ( between penis and
Balls) and fastening the cup somehow.
I would also consider using 90% rubbing alcohol, 3m cavilon, and tegaderm to prep the scrotum. You can use the 3m cavilon and tegaderm (together or one or the other) to prevent the skin from getting rubbed raw
You could also do the Texas strategy where you use an extender and then addon to this with the chip clip or half drinking cup going at the base of the extender to prevent the movement of the filler into the nut sack...
Of course you could always get scrotal web reduction which would help but that would cost a few extra thousand
Also while sleeping I would buy two popup tables to create a space to allow my penis to hang through the space to prevent migration back into the body and sleep on my belly maybe with a very light weight attached to the tip of the penis that allows blood flow and prevents turtleing. I may also restrain the scrotum so it doesn’t hang while doing this to keep the product from going into the scrotum
I have some cavilon coming in the mail I’m going to experiment with this and see how well it works on the penis to prevent the skin rubbing while extending... should help after procedure to prevent the penis getting rubbed raw from all the stuff I’m going to be attaching to it
