TOPIC: Can you use an extender post-fill?

Can you use an extender post-fill? 3 years 9 months ago #1308698028

Not sure if you guys can answer this or not, I thought about posting on the doctor's forums, but it doesn't look like the doctors are actually active over there as it's been either weeks or months without replies to the topics already there.

So what I'm wondering is, I've been using an extender for about three months now, I know this can take a very, very very long time to see full results, and my assumption is that I would need to get to the length I want before going in for a filler procedure, because if I used the extender after the procedure, any extra length I get would be at my original Girth so then I'd have this weird skinny base. Is this correct?

Not really. Any gains that you're going to get from an extender are going to take a long time and are probably going to be relatively minimal -- if you can get an Inch in total that's considered really good. I got .75" after a year and seem to have plateaued. Also, beyond stretching the ligament (newbie gains) the additional length should be distributed down the shaft. As PMMA / Ellanse promotes the creation of living tissue it should stretch too. But if you do happen end up with a noticeably thinner area at the base of the penis from stretching after a GE procedure that would be considered an incredible gain and you should be pleased. All you would need to do then is go in for another round to get it filled in. However, I believe that the likelihood of this is minimal and shouldn't be planned around.

No - I dont think you will have a skinny stretched base if you gain length with a stretching device. One of the other threads currently discusses an amazing dedication and result from stretching and pumping with significant Girth increase too.

You can use an extender post fill. With HA you need to watch out for compressing the filler an/or pushing it out of shape. I think it would be possible but have not seen it. Maybe getting more length after the stimulatory fillers would be more difficult because you are trying to stretch an even thicker stronger connective tissue that was there pre stimulatory filler.
