TOPIC: FFT, PMMA & FILLERS

They have specials sometimes, which can help. Yeah it's a chunk of change, but compared to other methods it's not bad. Luckily, I have a feeling that transatlantic flights are going to be affordable for a while.

@dexter, Androfill offer Ellanse in the UK. It's very similar to PMMA, though not permanent, but long lasting.

But unfortunately at the time when I was making my panic buy decisions I wasn't getting any email responses from Dr Roberto Viel.
If I had my money back, I'd go straight to Dr C.
Though if I ever manage to save up I doubt I'll be able to afford, 2018 I heard it cost 3500usd and now it's 5000usd, or is that the difference between standard and utmost?

Sorry to hijack this thread @Itsabouttime

$3500 / $3850 / $5000 (Basic / Signature / Utmost) as of March when I was inquiring just before all the pandemic mess

Thanks @hoodle10 but I reckon I wouldn't enjoy the time having it, I'd still probably be checking every week with fear if it was still there.
Think I've my sights set on Avanti Derma and a permanent solution.

@just8 Great thanks! Definitely the most affordable route, was worried the price had jumped, but seems steady over the years.
Probably coulda had 2 sessions and some flights with what i spent on the fat transfer.

I've think I've heard some success stories from folks who've had a FFT before PMMA on 2.0, like bigjohn. Would be good to hear Dr C's input on the matter.

You definitely will want to consult with the Dr considering you've had a different prior procedure. Yes some guys have had good experiences with PMMA after an earlier FFT... but some have not. I think one guy recently was having some issues from what I recall and he had a different procedure years ago (I think I commented on it but can't find it... maybe it's on the 2.0 board).

Just go over it all with Dr C and go from there. The majority who have gone the PMMA route have been happy, but nothing is perfect and as long as there's no issues, it's an expectations thing.

Great choice.

Messageman also had success with PMMA after fat transfers, I believe.
