Hi I’m basically thinking about getting penis enlargement both Girth and length surgically as I don’t want fillers as I would have to come back every 12-18 months and get it redone. The more research I’ve done the more I’m getting different answers on as if surgical penis enlargement is permanent or not and also that it only enlarged Flaccid and not effect also that it’s hardly feel as it did but I also struggle with premature ejaculation so think that could possibly help.

So the questions I’m basicallly needing answered are is;
•Is surgical penis enlargement permanent/last lifetime
•Does it increase length errect or just Flaccid
•could it possible help with premature ejaculation

Thanks

If you want a permanent surgical route, I'd recommend the implanting of an acellular dermal matrix/graft. Alloderm, Belladerm, and Surgimend come to mind. These are basically cadavers that act as a dermal matrix or scaffold to allow for vascularization with the body once implanted. In order for this procedure to have long-term success, you'll want an experienced practitioner, namely a Plastic Surgeon.

Pros: Actual tissue means it eventually becomes a part of you. Does not require top-offs or multiple rounds to achieved desired results.

Cons: Only one size increase (I'd venture to guess 0.5" to 1.0" gain in erect girth, depending on which graft is used, which is pretty significant). In order for it to be successful and acclimate with your body, you need to ensure a healthy blood/nutrient supply, which means you cannot implant super thick grafts or stacking grafts. What you get is what you get for good.

As for length, the only method available involves severing the ligament and following it up with a post-op stretching regimen. On paper (and according to some accounts), erect length gains are rather hit or miss, but most report flaccid length improvements.

I'd personally recommend Dr. Solomon's Surgimend procedure. He's done not only penis enlargement but penis revision/reconstruction/repair as a result of prior botched penis enlargement procedures, so he's well acquainted with what works and what doesn't work. I believe he may also do lengthening but I'm not 100% at the moment, and I'll acquire that information shortly.

Good luck!
