TOPIC: Unsuccessful ligamentolysis

Unsuccessful ligamentolysis 4 years 11 months ago #1308696193

Hi guys, I'm a big guy who has spent 30 for a long time and came out of a long relationship that started from the end of high school and ended only a year ago ... two abnormal situations, she with polycystic ovary and fertility problems, I with a kallmann syndrome that caused hypogonadism and infertility to be treated. Not an exciting picture, yet we went ahead despite my measures: despite a treatment (late, at 22 years old) with testosterone that allowed me to develop secondary characters and testicles, the penis remained decidedly undersized.
Not even the treatment, in its time, with Andractim has produced any kind of result.
That the penis is small is an objective fact.
Length 2 ’’, circumference 4 ’’ ... although perhaps there will be 0.8 ’’ hidden at the base of the auction, in the pubis.
For more than a year, I have been trying to tackle the problem without success.
Unfortunately, I only discovered this forum today. I say unfortunately, because it would have allowed me to have more elements of culture that would have served me to make certain decisions.
After consulting several doctors in my country, I decided to have a Neapolitan doctor, Capone, operate on me, thinking that he knew what he was doing.
Ligament section with V-Y incision with insertion of a silicone spacer, peno-scrotal plastic laser, suprapubic vibro-liposculpture and lipopenostructure.
Cost € 6000. Results: disastrous.
Suffice it to say that I was not prescribed any aid to prevent scar retraction.
In addition, the silicone spacer came out of the seat and I kept it as a foreign body in the testicles. I had to do a new surgery to remove it.
The fat has completely reabsorbed. The penis, whatever the doctor says, has not had any dimensional variation.
Which could also be good, if it were not for the scar that I find myself now on the pubis and on the lightened bank account of 6000 euros.
He also offered to repeat the operation, at no cost, by reintroducing the prosthesis and proposing an enlargement with Hyaluronic Acid.
Now I don't really know what fish to catch.
€ 6000 was not a joke for me, I made a sacrifice, and a part of me would like to make sense of it.
On the other hand, I start to think that those 2 centimeters that I would gain would not really solve the problem ...
And this thing is causing me serious problems, I cannot have a relationship with a girl because I am afraid of what could happen when I lower my underwear... a humiliation I could never bear.
And this is becoming an existential problem for me, if not an obsession.
So I ask you, who certainly have more competence on the subject than I do, which practice one should rely on in my case.
I am willing to do anything to definitively and comprehensively resolve the problem, not only to go back to work again, but also to evaluate alternative solutions.
For example, are grafting-type grafts not known or used to stretch undersized penises like mine?
Thanks to who will answer me.

First of all, are you sure that your EL is only 2 inches when you 100% erect? Do you have a significant fat pad?
If your measurements are correct, then I don't see why you shouldn't consider this surgery: www.androfill.co.uk/real-penis-lengthening/

Or this one: london-andrology.co.uk/uro-genital-healt...-length-enlargement/

Lengthening through complete penile reconstruction

This is a radical technique as it involves completely disassembling and reconstructing the penis. By disassembling the penis to its anatomical parts, space is created between the penis glans cap and the penis shaft and cartilage harvested from the patient is inserted in this gap, leading to increased penis length. The average gain in penile length (both in the flaccid and erect state) through this technique is similar to the prosthesis lengthening as it depends on the elasticity of the neurovascular bundle. Combining this technique with standard ligamentolysis can result in increases and an overall impressive outcome. However, due to the high degree of difficulty and significant rehabilitation time, our doctors will only perform this surgery on patients suffering from true microphallia i.e. with an erect penis length of less than 8-10cm (2-3in).

Since you already got the scar and paid a serious amount of money, if I was in your situation i would probably take the offer from your doctor to report the surgery.
Anyway, HA injections can look very good but also bring new risks.. if you go on PhalloBoards 2.0 you can search it there are several threads.
You can also look into all day stretcher and manual penis enlargement if you want to gain Erect length since lig cut mostly gives Flaccid length.

This technique seems very interesting, cause it's the only can give an increase of 2 inches in flaccid and erect state.
Do you know if is there anybody in this forum who has approached this kind of surgery?
Can you imagine the cost? And do you know if this center is the only one who can do this operation in Europe?

PS 2 inches is the size in flaccid condition.

Mark, welcome to the group. Sounds like you’ve had a torrid time. I can imagine the mental anguish which you’re under, but hopefully you’ll get some support and understanding here.

As for an increase in length, there are several studies that show good efficacy using penile traction therapy (or stretcher devices). Some of these studies were based solely on men with micro penis (in the medication definition sense) and the results might give you hope.

I gained approximately half and Inch in 4 months using such a device, but I’ve read some members reports on here and they’ve even more experience.

Let me know if I can help

What's the point of measuring flaccid length? What is your erect length BPEL and NBPEL?

I have no idea about approx cost of this kind of surgery in general, I'm aware of only Androfill's price

www.androfill.co.uk/penis-lengthening-surgery/

Method 3 – True Erect Length
REAL PENILE LENGTHENING PROCEDURE
A highly invasive surgical approach which increases both erect and flaccid length.
Price from: £40,000

Flaccid: Length 2'’ NBPEL 2,8'' BPEL
Erect: Length 3,14'' NBPEL 3,93''.

I think it's really short.

Not really cheap!
It sounds like an expensive surgery!
Only truly wealthy people can afford such an expensive surgery!

Is there one particular penile traction device you suggest?

The studies I’ve read have been based on the penimaster and Andro penis systems. I used the andro penis system and although I made progress I would say it was hard to use once the tension was increased. In my experience It requires near decapitation of the end of your chap!

Hopefully some other members who have used a couple of devices can give some feedback

Hello,
I repeated surgery on the ligament with insertion of a spacer and injection of Hyaluronic Acid, this time the surgery seems to have gone better, even if I was hoping for a better final result.
One question: after how long after surgery can i start using extenders?
