1. Good question. I'm sure it's "safe" but whether or not it is efficient or practical for post-op stretching days after is a lot less clear. Swelling varies person-to-person, from duration to intensity. Furthermore, fitting equipment onto a swollen penis may be more challenging than a normal penis. That all said, I'm not so sure losing a few days of stretching is a big deal, but you'll want your doctor's opinion ultimately.
