I’m thinking about going in to see Dr Gavin soon for fillet treatment. By the way I love your podcast, there’s something nice about hearing all the facts being discussed so thank you both for that.
I’m thinking about getting the collagen stimulating filler. I know it comes with some risks, especially for growers, like me. What are the aftercare massaging techniques advised in the first couple of weeks that can help prevent unwanted side effects. I’m reasonably fit, not overweight and am Circumcised. Penis is below average I think.
Just found it yesterday. I am currently making my through the content, there’s quite a bit here. I guess I wanted to hear from Dr Oats as I’m most likely going to his clinic.
I’ll keep looking.
From my experience, go slow, do it over a few sessions with a couple of months between. Layer up. Once the Ellanse converts into collagen, if you find anywhere that needst to be filled in, go back for another session. And repeat until you're REASONABLY happy. Also wear a Tubigrip compression bandage every day after your procedure, which you can order online.
We used to routinely go 3 month between but found that 2 weeks was also a good time. Swell had the chance to go down and if you have any asymmetry you dont have to wait 3 months to have it sorted. Also stopped using tubigrip and went to "Coband" a self adhesive stretchy bandage. Just dont try and stretch it too much and constrict things too much.
Regularly use Tadalafil/Cialis for 2 weeks to reduce shrinkage as well.
This is exactly what I did. I waited 3mo to ensure the best results and to reduce swelling between rounds. I also did take 5mg cialis daily - and added in some extra on special nights. haha.
I asked if you had searched the board on this topic because there is a sticky thread that I wrote specifically about aftercare. As for the grower portion, it kind of doesn't matter because once you get that first procedure it will reduce so much of your turtle issue.
As for stretching, I ( and others ) have discussed in so many threads and in various different way. ( No, i am not saying this rudely at all ). You need to get a noose style stretcher and practice with it for a good while before your first procedure so that you will know what your comfortable time frames are with it. Such as: how long until any pain, how tight, how much tension, what kind of attachments are you using, ankle or knee strap. Time and Comfort being the most important and the biggest reason people fail at using this device properly and then subsequently hurt them selves as well.
And yes, I can say all of this definitively because I have had 3 rounds of filler ( 30ml Ellanse ) and only a couple guys here have had more; as well as I have tried and reviewed every other type of device out there because i actually own them and I have even customer made some.
has said dont stretch to hard - its counterproductive keep it at a tension where you can where it the longest as possible - and it pointed downward for godsakes during the crucial phase where everything is malleable and moves.
The Tubigrip is great and so is stretch tape. but not really to much until after the product is set up - so 3-5 days. You will or should be massage that things with heat FREQUENTLY.
