I am considering HA, however love to use my bathmate.
Does using a Penis Pump decrease HA viability ? Is the HA “washed” away ? Or perhaps stabilized by the vakuum edema ?
Thank you
Hmm, seem to have lost my last attempt to answer.
I dont think there are any published studies to guid us here so will go with common sense and an understanding of the
HA filler and pumping.
HA fillers attract water and can get some swelling initially (
Ellanse can get swelling too to start). Maybe pumping can increase swelling or worse encourage the swelling to move ie down into the
Foreskin, if intact. So I would advise against pumping for maybe the first 3 weeks. When you restart to use low vacuum and duration to see how it goes and then gradually build both up. Pumping encourages blood into the erectile tissue but that is not where the filler is placed in the shaft, it is external to that, even external to the desk/Buck's fascia so cannot get washed away. Glans augmentation tends to be into the erectile tissue (unless done superficially for PE).
HA there does get washed away but Aquamid seems not to.
There have been some prior comments by guys using pumps so please jump in and remind us of your experience.
I have been working on a
Penis Pump incorporating new technology for 2 years now. If you watch episode 15 of the YouTube
Calibre Clinic show you will get a quick look at the initial prototype. Hopefully we will have it ready to go soon next year.
