TOPIC: New pmma nodule maybe from pumping

Hey , i have ppma since 5-6 years
I had removed a lot of it through surgeries

I have very small nodules that can be seeing on strong light


3 weeks ago i did Prp then i was pumping everyday and i saw that new Nodule was forming near the other one .. and I thought i dont have any material there

Its still not hard like the other ones but im so sad now that this thing came …

I am in Toronto now , normally im from Eastern Europe

My question is

Does shockwave therapy helps break or prevent nodules ?
Or u think if i di shockwave therapy it can trigger rhe nodules to become bigger ?

I use dmso + emu oil and iodine to try to soften them now since 1 week ..

I will be in Puerto Vallarta on 26 th if there is anyone here in Toronto or Near this city in Mexico that can help ?

What can be done to break these stuff or the make the new one go away ..

I don't mean to sound ignorant because the 2nd photo is hard to make out (if you squeeze any area really hard you can make any imperfection stand out), but they almost appear like where hair might grow (it's been shown many times that the enlargement of the shaft skin tends to care over pubic hair to the base of the shaft).

Either way, your issues appear resolvable. In Puerto Vallarta? No, but why not just make the 2 hour flight to Tijuana and see if Avanti Derma can't correct it if you're already in Mexico?

3 y ago the doctor that put the pmma Nemechkova tried to put some stuff inside and break it but they didn’t disappeared unfortunately .. i really dont want to do surgery i already got some scar .. its disappearing but … also i know injecting steroids can destroy my skin

Why did you have it removed and where in Eastern Europe are thou from?(if you want you don’t have to reveal exactly), just I’m from there too and want to know where did you get yours done?

I removed it in Serbia Dr djordjevic .. but i feel they were not removing everything at once so i cone again and again and make more money
