Case of the Week (24, 2021)
This is a caucasian twenty-seven-year-old patient, Circumcised, who came to Dr. Morales at Avanti Derma for his second session of nonsurgical Phalloplasty with PMMA (Linnea Safe).
He chose our “Signature Package,” which includes the soft tissue filler, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) subcutaneous and intra-cavernosal, and one session of Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) as a collagen booster.
First session.
Twenty-one cc of Linnea Safe (10 cc x 30% and 11 cc x 10%).
Mid-shaft diameter in relaxation, 9 cm (3.54”) baseline, 11.5 cm (4.52”) immediately after.
Immediate gains after the first session: 2.5 cm (1.0”)
Second session, three months later.
Twenty-two cc of Linnea Safe (15 cc x 30% and 7 cc x 10%).
Mid-shaft diameter (relaxation) 11.5 cm (4.52”) baseline, 13.8 cm (5.43”) immediately after.
Immediate gains after the second session: 2.3 cm (0.9”)
Overall improvement with two sessions: 4.8 cm (1.9”)
