TOPIC: Removal of PMMA 10 years on Fractured penis

HELL BENT 10 years on Fractured penis 5 months 1 week ago #1308717652

Hello there
It’s been 20’years since I had PMMA.
I had 10% small amount and caused neuralgia.
10 years on I had HA and it’s caused neuralgia as well.
I just fractured my penis 2 nights ago from having sex.
I had to make a decision around operating on it. Because of the PMMA the doctors couldn’t confirm a great out come and could have made it worse so I couldn’t have it and now wait to see if it heals well or will it cause issues.

Can anyone tell me if you can do surgery through PMMA to fix a fractured penis?

Sorry to hear about your dilemma, never heard of neuralgia related to girth injections before (with nearly 13 years following injectable phalloplasty), although with a sufficient sample size I suppose any one of those "1% side effects" are possible. Do you know if a needle or blunt cannula was used for both PMMA and HA?

Between dermal fillers, neuralgia, and a fractured penis, your case is too nuanced and specific to find any meaningful response here -- this is best discussed with a Urologist who has experience with all the aforementioned issues. My recommendation would be Dr. Carney from Rejuvall -- he's both a Reconstructive Surgeon and Urologist.

I would strongly urge consulting with him or anyone else with similar expertise, and not Doctors who are unfamiliar with your enhancements and ailments. Good luck!

To piggyback on skeptical who has FAR more experience, you are looking for a specialist, one who:

Is a Urologist. Does fillers HA, and PMMA ., and does corrective surgery.

Basically you’re looking for the Top Gun of the Dick world to hand this problem to. That’s a pretty rare combined sset. And of the folks anywhere on the net I would go to for a recommendation in this area it would be skeptical.

If Skeptical says Dr. Carney, I would be calling Dr. Carney. Even if it meant a flight and additional expense, because I want flipping Maverick to be working on my tool.

Hey there

I’ve been advised that’s it’s best I have surgery from Rejuvanal for my fractured penis. He said not to worry about the PMMA as it’s a Dermal Filler and will be removed. I’m not sure about that but he seemed like a champion guy.

I didn’t get much 10% maybe 10 or 15 ML.
Can anyone give me case studies around PMMA being removed. What it’s like etc. it wouldn’t be much but I’m concerned how they would stich me back up!

Any feedback is helpful.

Your Injector was Dr. N out of Prague right? Unfortunately I wish our site had more information about her mixed reviews early on in the mid 2010's, and she's seemingly been the root of many undesirable results on the forums. If memory serves me correctly, she used Metacrill (a medical grade PMMA).

You may be very fortunate, however, that it was 15mL (cc's) or less of 10% PMMA. This would mean you don't have copious amounts of foreign material and collagen compared to some guys who have had many mL's/cc's in the course of their PMMA journeys. *I should note, there is no reason to be alarmed if you have PMMA in your penis shaft, assuming it was injected by a qualified practitioner using a regulated (and approved) product; Removal of PMMA in its entirety is a very uncommon procedure, with it typically being a last resort among men with persistent & serious (albeit rare) issues.*

Also, Dr. Carney is very familiar with PMMA as well as Reconstructive Surgery, so you're in good hands.
