TOPIC: Penoscrotal webbing surgery experience

Hey Guys I wanted to share my experience on getting surgery to remove my penoscrotal webbing also known as “turkey neck”. I’m in Atlanta and had my surgery yesterday. I’ll add pictures at each step and answers any questions. Here is a pre- op and post-op pic with the pressure dressing(the dressing stays on for five days to control the swelling).

It’s the morning after the surgery and the pain hasn’t been bad at all. I haven’t felt the need to take any pain medication.

To be honest, you had some significant webbing upon further examination, you're going to find a world of difference with that out of your way now. I imagine coitus (penetration) must have been difficult or even painful with that much extra skin (pre-op)?

I just want to be wear a condom correctly without having to worry about it coming off. The webbing stopped me from wearing one fully and the extra skin would eventually work the condom off

Nice improvement overall. How painful has it been?

Not too much pain. But more so discomfort. It’s been the swelling of my scrotum and constant pressure on my testicles. It wasn’t so bad at first but by second night I needed the pain meds to just relax and sleep comfortably.

Wow, webbing literally all gone. Like it wasn't a trimming of skin, the whole web was removed. Once you heal to 100%, it'll be a game-changer, especially when considering the Before photos. Congrats and happy healing!

Also interested in how you’re healing up. I have the same issue I need to get taken care of before I can go for Girth enlargement. Your pre op picture looks just like mine. I’ve always struggled with keeping a condom on as well and to say it’s embarrassing when it only can roll out 2” because of it is an understatement! I’ve really been thinking of going to Dr. Carney because others have praised the work he’s done with webbing Removal also. Unfortunately I live in Fort Wayne, IN. How soon after the surgery did you have to go back to him for a check up and did you have to go more than once within 1 month (if it’s even been that long).
