 Hey— I am looking for a surgeon in the NC (GA, VA, SC, but preferably NC) area who would be willing to do a foreskin reconstructive procedure. I have an uneven, very loose cut with most/all of my frenulum spared. I am actively restoring my foreskin using devices.

I would like to talk to a doctor about doing a V-plasty on each side of the penis (to create a faux ridged band that makes the foreskin more snug), followed by grafting the excised skin below the glans to increase length on the front of my penis. I do not know if this is possible, but even if it is not, I would still like to talk to a urologist about my restoration and an eventual V-plasty (skin grafts or not).

I am having trouble locating a cosmetic urologist outside of Atlanta, and I’ve reached out to them. I just wanted to know if anyone knows of anyone closer or had any ideas. One reconstructive urologist in NC already shot down my request for consultation. I am aware of risks (phimosis, scarring, etc); this is what I want.
