TOPIC: anyone able to increase the glans size?

I had one round of PMMA im thinking of going for another one but i have really small glans and was wondering if those glans injections actually works any feedback on this ?

I would also to hear any first hand experience on this.

I asked Dr. Rupeka last time I was in his office (December 2022) and he said he no longer offers glans enhancement. He only did HA and he said he stopped doing it due to low patient satisfaction. He said the enhancement isn't very dramatic and the head is so vascular that the absorption rate is high. He also said it's more painful.

so dr loria uses silicone oil for glans and others use HA but what has been found to be effective anyone can chime in who has had glans work done.

have you found any solution to enhancing the glans i know avanti does HA but i hear its not as effective for the risk

I’ve done HA twice and haven’t been able to tell the difference. They only inject into the corona. Anywhere else in the glans is dangerous. And definitely do not have silicone injected into your glans.

I had an experimental treatment with a PMMA product with of the Dr's that I consult with and it was awesome at first and lasted about two weeks then wore off fairly quick. SAD.

@Dr_Oates has done a few things with different products - Not sure of his overall progress though.

Is this still true? For the love of all that's holy, keep silicone oil away from your glans gentlemen... it's bad news.

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) in low volume remain the most effective solution for glans enhancement. I know PMMA and Radiesse have been attempted in the past as well, but I get the impression by many phallo-docs that HA remains their preference (probably to do with safety). There are two major problems with glans enhancement in general:

1. The layer in which the filler is injected is incredibly thin, limiting how much can be injected safely in one go (and by extension, capping how big you can get).
2. Also, due to the anatomy and physiology, the filler doesn't last nearly as long in the glans as it would in the shaft skin, where there is much more areolar space for filler & connective tissue.

I'd venture to say glans enhancement may be worthwhile if:

• You possess notably undersized glans
-OR-

• Budget is of no concern, because glans enhancement will likely require the highest frequency in follow-up top offs.

budget is no problem for me im willing to pay whatever it takes i just hear HA wont last more than a few weeks

There are no good options currently. I have tried to tag @Dr_Oates a few times regarding some things that he was working on and tacking.

Only wounds and sores that turned into scars. Which lead into unevenness and indents. Effects I have from it are some loss of feeling in my head and seems to be cold at times for no reason. Also the texture of my head just feels differently odd kind of like plastic and it has a very shiny smooth shine look to it now that is just not normal. I highly do not recommend anyone going to dr. loria.

Sorry to hear about your ordeal. The trouble with Loria is that no one really knows what he's injecting you with, be it shaft or glans.

A failed hair restoration specialist (Loria) who now makes the big bucks duping guys into quackery medicine. Unfortunately he gives injectable phalloplasty a bad name, something that has come a long way and has become relatively successful for a lot of men. Thanks for sharing as difficult as it may be. I know many guys don't always come forward, heck you don't think myself and others (Moderators, Forum Veterans, Former Loria Patients) haven't gotten private messages or emails to discuss their ordeals? So again, I applaud your bravery in coming forward!

I will flat out say it, maybe in disagreement with some of the Sponsors here even - glans enhancement is probably best suited for those who are very undersized and/or have such a significant dwarfing of the glans from a thickened shaft where the aesthetics warrant some consideration. In other words, for most guys it may not be worth the extra cost.

If you OPT to do it regardless, I would strongly recommend asking for Hyaluronic Acid (HA) versus other fillers as it is the easiest to manage should things go wrong (because as you can see from user @JohnsonPHD , things can & do).

I will also say (which again, may not be popular among Sponsors and non-Sponsors alike) that glans enhancement via injectable filler may not last as you long as you'd hope and the gains are "modest" at best. In other words, the value propositition only makes it worthwhile for the candidates I mentioned before (i.e. the notably undersized or the overly-disproportioned), for everyone else, it's a toss-up ::shrug emoji if the forum had one::
