I would not be alarmed if Dr. C\'s answer was \"no,\" because he could be violating any number of medical regulations/policies that would prevent giving out certain things/injectables/etc without proper reason/diagnosis/prescription, etc - however I don\'t know for certain what his answer would be and will ask.
I will be seeing them late July and will consult with them regarding the matter of New Plastic (and New Plastic vs other brands) during my 2nd appointment.

SO,
How about asking Wade or Dr.C. about our discussion that there are many guys in the forum would like to have Newplastic injection but they are worried about the possibility of migration of microspheres and there are some reports saying that Newplastic contains small or irregular beads , and they would like to have a small ampule of Newplastic (he might give us the ampule for free if he is interested to have more patients and he is convinced that Newplastic is almost pure) to be checked by (a non bias) US pathologist (SEM images) if his answer is NO, I will be very worried. What do you think ?

sparticus,
I am sure Artefill is more superior than the other products not only in regard of the microspheres but also the advantage of the carrier ( bovine collagen ) it helps in spreading the beads evenly till the new collagen take over.
I think in my opinion the best way to have the true answer for our Q. is if somebody from our forum can buy a small ampule of Newplastic ( I would love to do it just to have the proof but the problem I live far away from USA) and to be tested by a pathologist (not bias) ( and to do SEM images) looking for any small or irregular microspheres (purity of the beads) then we will be very satisfied and convinced after we see the result . So in my opinion by getting the answers from either Lemperle or Cohen wont help or convince most of us .

Smartman,

I believe directly contacting Dr. Cohen about his opinion would be very beneficial for the forum.

I\'ve taken this excerpt from one of the reports about migration:
Migration Studies and Histology of Injectable Microspheres of Different Sizes in Mice Gottfried Lemperle, M.D., Ph.D., Vera B. Morhenn, M.D., Vasumati Pestonjamasp, Ph.D., and Richard L. Gallo, M.D., Ph.D. San Diego, Calif.
Injectable dermal filler materials consist of either fluids, biological fragments, or suspensions of particles or microspheres. Particles and microspheres are said to 'migrate,' but migration can occur only when they are injected into blood vessels. To evaluate biocompatibility and transport, five nonresorbable polymethylmethacrylate microspheres of various sizes, suspended in different carriers, as well as resorbable polylactic acid and dextran microspheres were injected subcutaneously into mice. The five implantation sites were the right cheek, right axilla, right groin, urethra, and the right quadriceps muscle of the thigh. These sites were excised along with the local lymph nodes, lungs, liver, and spleen at 1, 3, 6, and 9 months after injection. Polymethylmethacrylate microspheres of 4 m and 8 m were phagocytosed but not transported to lymph nodes or distant organs. Larger microspheres of 20, 40, and 100 m were encapsulated by connective tissue, macrophages, and giant cells. Polylactic acid microspheres caused a mild inflammatory response and had disappeared at 6 months. Dextran microspheres caused a pronounced foreign-body reaction and were phagocytosed at 9 months. The extremely large carboncoated spheres of 200 to 500 m in diameter 'migrated' up to 1 cmfrom the implantation site. With the exception of an erroneous intravenous injection, no migration or transportation of any of the injected microspheres to lymph nodes or filter organs was seen. Obviously, the collagen glue released no microspheres. After subdermal injection, the collagen carrier substance kept the microspheres apart as a scaffold for tissue ingrowth, whereas all other carrier substances, such as gelatin, hyaluronic acid, or alginate, separated soon after injection, thereby causing agglomeration of the microspheres. (Plast. Reconstr. Surg. 113: 1380, 2004.)

even if there are small particles, he says they will not migrate, true ?

Prof.Lemperle replied today to my e-mails ( 5 e-mails) and I want you to share these information with me :-

1) Dr. Cohen is my friend: I sent you another paper with EMs I did, when I was still at Artes (it\'s great, they used all my descriptions but named me laboratory engineer, only) . There, you see the differences. However, since this report, Newplastic has been cleaned to a much better degree - at least what they showed to the Brazilian FDA. I still have some samples but no microscope any more to check for small particles.

2) Dr. Cohen never did any tests himself : he said what might have been hypothetized or may be logical. But there is no proof. On the other hand, the body takes care of soo many particles (think of the tar from cigarettes or the silicone particles from implants ..., and look at the Kupffer\' cells in the liver of old people : full of junk ! - So, these \"few\" small PMMA microspheres don\'t do any harm at all - if they were found in lymph nodes, liver or lung....
3) The only reason that I am preaching purity of PMMA for 10 years is the fact that these small particles are impregnated in the memory of the macrophages - and these or their heirs can be stimulated by systemic infections and cause foreign body granulomas years later !!!!

4) I have not tested the new Newplastic, which I got in December 2010 in Guadalajara .... So I cannot comment : if you know a pathologist , these samples could be washed and centrifuged and simply put on a glass slide to search for small particles - and make pictures for documentation ! -

5) I only found macrophages, who ate too many or too big microspheres - and couldn\'t move away from the site. In mice, I never found microspheres in lymph nodes or lungs... see this paper -http://cat.inist.fr/?aModele=afficheN&cpsidt=15662928
(( I think he gave us a great idea, if someone is worried about Newplastic he can buy the small bottle of Newplastic and try to find a pathologist in the US and to examine the beads looking for a small microspheres. How about this idea ? I think this is the best solution)).

@Dd71
Thanks for your concern. I\'m actually scrambling for a solution, and trying what I can when I can depending on product availability, geographical location and finances. One thing which brought me to change my move to board a plane to San Diego was the rather extravagant claims of sensible penile growth using a cocktail of erection dysfunction injectibles, which I cannot confirm are accurate given they were sourced in a Toronto hair implant doctor\'s patent application. In any case I\'ll probably be trying a Quad mixture of penile injectibles on a daily basis to gain one to three hour erections during which I might do mid-level pumping under heat to then switch to low level pumping with a thermal shock of an ice pack to make the elastic gains to become lastingly plastic. If this procedure does work, especially associated with DHT and DMSO topical applications and bi-weekly injections of Gonadotropin, then I would possibly want to avoid PMMA prior to getting such gains? I might not succeed, one person testified to several years of TriMix injections with only half an inch gain.
The reason I am now considering the Free Fat Transfer FFT procedure is because it would resorb over time, meaning that it could work as a stop gap measure to be less deficient with a lady used to basket ball players, while not causing any collagen resistance to ongoing or future PE gains by chemical or mechanical means. I understand that FFT is softer if not almost mushy, in comparison to PMMA, so I\'d probably want to get PMMA later. One other procedure I am contemplating is Dr Runels\' magic platelet plasma injection which takes your own blood and reinjects it after a chemically enhanced centrifuge procedure. No word yet on his experimental results...
I still may change my mind and hop over to see Dr C, it may depend on the price arrangements that can be made with the French doctor although it isn\'t in their habit of making concessions, charging by the centimeter more than across the Atlantic by the inch...

Dd71 I have tried a temporary filler, It was macrolane which is basically a form of Hyaluronic acid. The result was not good, I don\'t think you would like it.
24 Jun 2011 03:24
@HC so does that mean your not getting pmma? or are you getting both fft& pmma? BTW no direspect but you are doing alot of diffrent methods in regards to PE. DHT, pregnyl, glans enhancement,HGH,possible pmma & fft + fat pad! I know your kinda in a shotgun situation with meeting your lady friend in a few months. But with all these chemicals your adding to your body + the fact you may be getting surgery I just hope your not putting yourself in EXCESSIVE danger. We all are taking risks of some sort in this brotherhood, but I would hate to see you or any one here hurt themselves in the midsts of our obsessions spiraling out of control. Im sure we are all interested to see if any of your methods work, but not at the cost of your well being. If some of these methods were just thoughts and not actions I apologize. Just looking out for a fellow brother. Cheers

Hi Mustang2020,
I\'ve scheduled an appointment with the leading French expert who happens to be a few blocks away. He is Dr Marc Abecassis who only does FFT. I think that if he can do something about the cost, some form of stage payment plan or facility, I could do a temporary resorbable enhancement which for me would be an added benefit, the fact of non permanence. This means that first it would be softer tissues which can be easily moved around or rearranged if undergoing penile growth, plus it would simply evacuate within ten months anyways. BTW I just gave myself my first Chorionic Gonadotropin shot in the lower pelvis and it sure feels good. I\'ve started simultaneously to take an estrogen inhibitor too. I\'ll also make sure that at the beginning of the week I ask the good doctor about his ideas on glans enhancement he mentioned he\'d elaborate on \"in conversation\" which will be during my consultation. Any questions for him, shoot away.
Meanwhile, regarding PMMA, I spoke with my Dermatologist yesterday and he\'s the top aesthetic dermatological laser expert in France. He\'s done a great deal of interventions on people with bad cases of PMMA granuloma on their faces, but he said that this is the only problem, having no first hand knowledge or experience of serious migration issues, at least in dermatological uses of PMMA.
He recommended that I not do fraxel laser on the thick abdominal skin fold which came with my recent drastic weight reduction. He said that his best methods would help but would not provide cost effective results so he has sent me to the leading French Cryolipolysis doctor whom he thinks can make a difference. I will be asking him what his procedure can do for the fat pad on my lower pelvis to get a better non bone pressed erect length. I thought it was just an extra thick layer of subdermal tissue but my dermotologist told me that it is actually a rigidified type of subdermal fat.

@EP thank you very much for getting that info. I am seriously considering getting a temp. filler. There are a couple diffrent reasons for this but the main reasons are 1:I like pmma but I think we are just scratching the surface when it comes to injecting it into the penis. I would like to wait a little while and track the progress of our members.2: In the mean time I am very unhappy with my size and really cant wait any longer holding my (little) dick in my hand lol. Before I found this site I was on the serious about getting the elist implant among others(fft, belloderm). However, after I speak to wade about the temp. filler and find that its in my best intrest to go with the pmma....I will do so as scheduled.

The bovine collagen [1, 2] appears to maintain the separation between the micro- spheres and facilitates tissue ingrowth (Fig. 2). Without ArteFill's collagen component the microspheres would clump together'a phenomenon observed in other filler formulations using hyaluronic acid-based or methylcellu- lose carriers [9].
Fellas, the above excerpt, courtesy of smartman, is key. Among other things, it actually means (correct me if I am wrong) superior aesthetic results.

Yes this is true mikehok , check the 1st site I posted above .
This is a copy-paste from it :-
