Yours look wider most of my girth is on up and down not the sides. My width is not like yours so you look huge compared to me. Im trying to recover length so my girth isn't bigger than my length either way pmma changed my life

Avanti Derma suggest using the stretcher for 6 to 8 weeks after pmma because this is the period during which collagen is formed.

I agree with @Buttercups2 . If these imperfections are just bothering you, I would think twice about it. It can't be perfect while flaccid AND erect. If you add more pmma to make the base wider while erect, you need to keep in mind that your flaccid state might look a little bit more plump or larger at the base too and you might not like it.

Voluma vs Versa

The studies to obtain FDA approval for Voluma were done in the cheek and for Revanesse Versa in the nasolabial lines but I think we can infer that the fillers are likely to last roughly the same amount of time when use in the penis.

Comparative Analysis

Juvéderm Voluma noted for its superior long-term efficacy, demonstrating sustained volume correction for two years without the need for retreatment during this period.

Revanesse® Versa while effective required an additional treatment at 6 months to maintain improvement over a year.

Although there is no head to head study I feel Voluma is likely to last about twice a s long as Versa.

I guess it may depend on the doctor you see but the Phalback owner wasn't recommending this for anyone with filler, for fear of causing migration. Maybe that is less of an issue with PMMA vs HA.

I think i will become the guinea pig who will post a 60 day everyday pictures before and afters with this device i got the disposable to buy this let me knoe if u like the idea of someone with multiple rounds of pmma using this

Yes I’m sitting around 5.5” - I am very sexually active and I have never had any complaints - even when I used to be 4.5”. It’s definitely safe to say my sex life has changed and I would say for the better - not only performance wise, but also just me overall confidence.

I originally had the 6” goal in mind when I was all said and done with PMMA. I do pump using 2.175” cylinder a couple times a week still and I will grow to 6.25”. I’ve had sex at both 5.5” and 6.25” - and you made a great in regard to diminishing returns especially when it comes to oral sex; however, having that girth of 6.25” is a great feeling. I am certainly leaning toward my third round, I just wanted to have at least another half inch of growth

My erect bone pressed is 6.8” and I’m definitely a grower. I retract a ton, but I’ve never had any issues in regards to aesthetics

PMMA @ Avanti Derma 4/15

Wanted to log my progress here even though I started a new conversation to ask "Can PMMA go from penis to balls sack? Pubic mound?"

26 hours after my apt I noticed that my ball sack was a lot larger than I remember and in the center it seemed like it had a bulge in the center, from what I thought could be PMMA that has migrated down south. Also I felt like my pubic mound was puffy than normal, and I was afraid I was pushing PMMA into it and that I would develop a large mound and lose length. I was a bit nervous so I asked the question here to see if I could get any advice from others to hopefully hear something like, "That's normal, it will go away soon".

About 90 min after posting I had a scheduled follow up with Ian at Avanti and he informed me that the swelling is all from inflammation and not from PMMA, so I should be good. He also let me know that I have a high amount of swelling so he prescribed me some prednisone to reduce it then wrapped my penis to help reduce and asked me to check on it in 3 hours.

I have another follow up with him tomorrow morning before I fly home, so crossing fingers that swelling goes down.

Overall added 22cc's of 30% and 1cc of 10% with the hopes of getting another 1" of growth. Crossing fingers...

You ask them to show you the box. Unsealed with a shiny serial number sticker. Have them unbox them in front of you. Never accept general anesthesia for outpatient, non-surgical procedures so that you can see what is going on. Sadly, these shouldn't even have to happen, but with guys like Loria and Dan Salas using mystery fillers, it's a good practice to employ if you see anyone else not vetted on these forums.
