I had the MegaMAXL procedure done. Just prior to that I was 5.5” NBPEL. Now almost 4 months later, I am 6.5” NBPEL. I was 4” FL and now 5.75” FL.

Back in 2010 I had the pneuma implant. Prior to it, I was 6” NBPEL. I had the implant removed the same year. I lost 0.5” EL. During my MegaMAXL procedure, Dr Carney removed as much scar tissue as he could. Total EL gained from just prior to the MegaMAXL procedure to now is 1”. I assume some of the 1” gain is due to scar tissue removal getting me back to my pre-Penuma length. I am very consistent with my hanging (I use the LG Hanger, not the provided Zen hanger). I have only missed now due to my self induced blister. FL gain so far is 1.75”.

So, long story short, got a circumcision and ligament release in Oct.
After using the Phallosan Forte, my Asian penis from 10 cms to 12-13 cms (1200+ hours).

When I went for the operation, the DR said, wow, you need a public lift.
Didnt really get his point (haha) but some woman told me, yea, have you never heard of fat pussy?

I have gone up and down 30-40 lbs maybe 4 times in the last decade and realized my fat pad hiding my penis is 3 cms deep.

The scar from the lig release is obvious, but I dont care.
However, it got me thinking of reducing that fat pad. I currenlty do Keto and I think half a cm of my gain is due to losing 20 lbs.

I dont want a huge scar, nor the cost of the public lift so I started researching Coolsculpting.

I couldnt find any topics here so I will pose the question if anyone has had any success with it.

I made an appoint (a deal) this Friday for $750 and its suppose to reduce my fat by 25% over the next few months.
I can do it again in a month.

So if I have 3cm deep in fat (covering my penis) - I have an athetic build, 5-6 times weights at the gym, and 4-5 cardio workouts a week so Im not fat.
But, I expect it to decrease to 2.25CM after my first visiit, and 1.7CM after the 2nd visit, after the dead fat as drained away naturally.

1.3CM for 1500? Anyone else have any experience with it?

I got the small, medium, and large. Haven’t ordered the XL. But that’s for the Phallosan.

Anytime I hang - especially with the Phallosan - my glans are hard as a rock and I can hardly get it out of the shell. It settles down after about an hour. Not sure if there is any gain - but my glans are definitely larger after hanging.

It seems like that but remember 0.5” of that was what I lost from a previous surgery.

Healing up. Incision is closed - scar not too bad - hoping it lightens up some. Still retracting some. So have to give a tug here or there. Using the extenders - the PSX2 they gave me and a Phallosan Forte - around 4-8 hours a day. Mix it up. Seems the blue silicone sleeves only last a few days. Then they rip - the Phallosan sleeve not as comfortable but holds up.

Here’s a pic from today. Just giving it a little tug - no pumping or hanging before. Almost six weeks.

I was looking at the phallosan forte and using it with a bath mate would that be a good p.e. To start with

I have the penis master pro, LG hanger with LG extender, and phallosan. I believe these are the most popular vac stretchers on the market currently. I think you have to seriously protect your glans because not only do you risk injury but discoloration and redness. I don’t like the sticky wrap because the adhesive on my sensitive skin. So I tried using the silicone glans cap (toe protector) but it slips off with each device. I don’t like the silicone sleeves too much especially if they are tight and I wouldn’t trust the sleeves with fillers. And I don’t like how you need lube constantly for the penis master pro. If you wear the penis master without a glans protector you’ll definitely get redness and discoloration. Plus you have to stretch all the time with bulky devices. On top of all this the gains are temporary and your getting ugly discoloration that might be permanent or last years. There’s so many downsides, the non vac ones might be better but they are all uncomfortable to be useful. It’s like no one figured out a way to successfully grip the penis in a comfortable way that doesn’t cause damage.

It’s coming along. Still some soreness in the incision area - but it’s just been over a week.

Hoping the scar won’t be too bad. I’ll post a pic in a bit.

Not seeing a lot of gain right yet - I can feel a harder part at the top of my penis - not sure if that is repositioning part (the inch) or just still swollen from the surgery. Dr. Carney said he got about 2 inches - so I guess time will tell after the swelling goes down more and the incision heals.

Started using the leg stretcher they gave me - not to stretch / but to keep from retraction. I bought a Phallosan Forte for after I heal to mix in for different stretching and they gave me a Zen Hanger set also.

I’m more excited about girth enhancement. But thought it’d be best to get any type of length I could before. Still trying to figure out if the fat or filler would be better. Kind of leaning to the filler - don’t really like surgeries.

6.5 would be a significant upgrade, and less dangerous. That one pic scared the crap out of me. I’d be a fool not to take heed of the warnings.

I’ve read mixed info about the firmness of PMMA. Does it harden up with erections of some and not others? Tips on stretching throughout the day would also be appreciated. I’ll be working from home for a few more months and have a window better it’ll be much more challenging to get in long stretching sessions.

Has anyone here used both the Phallosan Pro and Penismaster? I would be thrilled with a .75-1 inch gain in length. I just don’t want to spend more if there’s no clear benefit of one over the other. The main issue with wearing the PF is the base digging in.

As for the Penismaster, I just prefer the way it attached and the confort it provides. Add in a glans cap and I can wear it indefinitely. I do wish it would have a stronger traction though as it no longer does anything for me since I've started hanging.

I've never posted pics here so I can't give you any tips there! Sorry!
