I agree with Buckeye about being completely transparent with your healthcare provider, it's in everyone's best interest to come clean so that a proper diagnosis can be made. A urologist would be the person to see, yes, but I'd also recommend seeing someone who has actually performed corrections on men with filler injections, including silicone... at the very least for a second opinion in the event your first doctor recommends anything drastic. Dr. Carney comes to mind, he works out of Atlanta and I'm fairly confident he's dealt with silicone filler issues before. Either way, silicone in it of itself isn't a "sentencing" for your penis, and there are people with silicone that are okay, but this is a stark reminder to newcomers how essential it is to find ethical and experienced practitioners using either hyaluronic acid (HA) or dermal fillers like Radiesse, Ellanse, or PMMA, (no silicone) and that even going down this route isn't without risk. I think you'll be okay, and if you have the time/budget, Dr. Carney is an option worth considering because you won't have to feel the need to "hide" any details and you'd be talking to someone who has dealt with your specific issue before. You have to remember that modern phalloplasty is still relatively "new" and many healthcare providers might not have a clue what you did or how to go about treating complications, hence my recommendations. Good luck! |

Well here is the medical opinion - Tadalafil (Cialis) the long acting version of Viagra makes a difference to many guys. There is a low dose, 5mg , that can be taken daily. they use is following prostate surgery to prevent long term shrinkage becoming permanent (there is something on this in my next Podcast/YouTube show with a penile rehabilitation nurse). Alpha Blocker medication like Prazosin/Minipress. Decreases blood pressure by opening up blood vessels. Dont combine with the above/Viagra as the decrease in blood pressure may lead to death, according to the information sheet. Yohimbi - supposedly has mild alpha blocker effect and maybe that explains its (unproven) reputation for increasing penis size. If it is an over the counter supplement where you live give it a go. Not available in Australia at all. Testosterone level - dont know anything here on shrinkage so have to go by the stories you get here. Ligament release - may get it to hang out more but think the reasons to get retraction are all still there so not going to stop it. Stretching/hangin etc - sorry just dont know enough here. Fillers - HA/PMMA/Ellanse - do make the penis heavier. Do provide some physical resistance to retractions. May make you feel confident in people seeing what you have. So yes lots of guys say they get LESS shrinkage after fillers. But for super shrinkers, guys who end up with an 'innie" rater than an "outie" it just won't work. |

| you will see some increase length in the flaccid state, due to weight of filler and the reduction of penile skin contraction (shrinkage). Several well documented studies have shown that fillers can cause neocollagenesis ( laying down of type 1 and 3 collagen) |

HIGHLY unlikely that the weight of the fillers alone will have any significant impact on erect length, much less permanency of length. Flaccid can see improvement due to the fillers tendency to prohibit some retraction. Fillers vary in safety profiles and how long they last, see graphic below for some reference (you may need to click on it to scale the image to your screen). Your last question should be directed at Morgenstern's Clinic (here is contact info: www.rejuvall.com/ ) since it may depend on each individual's unique situation, but in general I suspect lengthening can be done even if you do have prior filler. |

I’m curious to know if the weights of the fillers naturally increase the length of penis permanently due to the weight stretching penis . How long do fillers last? And is is possible to do penile surgery (morganstern) if you have fillers already in place ? |

I wanted to bump this post. While it isn't a comprehensive list, it's a great post from a contributing member. I've also attached an easy-to-digest list of common penile fillers for newer members (click on photo to fit to screen): |

I had to change the title of your topic and remove the insinuation of injury. Until such time that this can be proven, it very much tiptoes on what's acceptable (under forum rules) without proper diagnosis/proof. That said, I hope whatever has happened (as a result of filler removal, his physical approach, or something entirely unrelated) can be resolved with time and/or treatment. The Morganstern Clinic is first & foremost a Urology Center, and if anyone is qualified to assess injury (especially as it relates to penis enlargement), it would be Dr. Carney and Dr. Morganstern. Good luck and keep us posted! |

Hi all. I had gotten some filler that was very poorly placed by Dr, Mata in Arizona. My erections were fine after but I had unusual swelling so I went to get the filler removed. Got some removed on feb 12 and more removed on march 3. He squeezed on my penis very hard while injecting and removing the fillers using the dissolvent. Since then I have struggled to get erections even w the use of Cialis. My erections do not get more then 50-60% hard, I am super concerned and depressed. I am going to Morganstern to have them determine if any damage was done and have Dr Carney check it out as well on Monday and Tuesday. I want to emphasize how hard he pressed and squished on my penis while dissolving, even with lidocaine and the penile nerve block injection I was hollering in pain. He said to j go through it and thats the way I needed to get the fillers dissolved. I am praying a venous leak or any permanent damage has not been caused. I am a very young man in a relationship and want to warn others about his practice. I don't believe that the fillers or process are dangerous but the way he's handled things are unacceptable. I will let you all know what Is said by carney and if any damage has been done. Let me all know what you think as well. |

Hey man, I would say first and foremost, go out there and get yourself some more sexual partners. It seems as if you don't have an accurate perception of how you truly rank against other dudes and what women would think about your cock. I can almost guarantee that most women will find you large as you are ... and many will tell you. While this shouldn't deter / encourage you as far as GE goes -- all dudes want a bigger dick -- it may give you a little peace of mind. Your ex sounds like a bona fide size queen -- which is cool -- but her judgement probably shouldn't be taken to (and it seems like it may have messed with your head). Go out to a sex / swinger's club for a night and have a look around ... it would probably surprise you. Also, you seem worried about your flaccid, and while, yes, while we'd all love a big floppy dong to show off in the lockerroom, this isn't the penile state that matters. If you're not gay you're probably not screwing the dudes in the lockerroom, so what does your size have to do with them? Although fillers will significantly add to flaccid length ... at least in my experience. Anyway, I say go out there and rack up some more experience and only then take a look at yourself. |

I wouldn't trust a doctor who would perform a procedure on you with the fillers you bought on the open (or black) market. If he doesn't have a licensed distributor, it's highly unethical to take walk-ins with people handing them syringes in my opinion... nevermind the risk of just a bad result. Also, I totally believe in competition and bring options to my readers and better prices; however, this isn't a field like female cosmetic medicine, where every other clinic on the block offers a procedure. Penile augmentation remains an experimental field and there is indeed a skillset in providing both the know-how and satisfactory results, and they come at a premium. In other words, if I wanted a tattoo, I want a reasonable market price, but I'd certainly pay a "little more" if that meant getting the best tattoo artist in my town versus a guy who just opened a shop. That "premium" gives me added reassurance I'm working with an expert and not just someone taking advantage of a cash cow operation. My hope is to continue bringing on Sponsors to drive a healthy competition. I also encourage them to pass down specials and discounts from time to time; Androfill has a 5% discount to all PhalloBoards members which could very well pay for travel or lodging. Every bit helps. I'd like to have a 2nd European Sponsor but it remains a challenge because (a) language barriers with non-British brands and (b) most other UK options aren't meeting the standards to make the cut (see "Mooregate"). |

March 2023 Interview at the Clinic! (INSTAGRAM LINK) Dr. Tsay of Ageless Medicine in Orange County now offers options for those who prefer temporary fillers. He has come on board as a Sponsor for 2021 and will be a part of the discussion. He'll be the first Sponsor offering Renuva as a filler option. According to Renuva's site, this is their description of the injections: The adipose allograft is processed to preserve the extracellular matrix containing collagens, proteins, and growth factors found in adipose tissue. The resulting matrix serves as a framework to support the cellular repopulation and vascularization at the site of injection He also provides Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections, as well as Radiesse (similar to Ellanse). Dr. Tsay has a remarkable 5 Stars on nearly 400 Reviews on Yelp and 4.9 Stars on 53 Reviews on Google! The vast majority of which are verified. This is what stood out to me: Dr. Tsay must possess a highly skillful injection technique to retain those type of reviews in cosmetic medicine. He also has some very good samples of his work: www.ageless-md.com/mens-treatment/#penile Most of my temporary filler Sponsors are International, so I thought it would be beneficial to my readers to have a U.S.-based option that has been vetted. |

Glad she makes it clear that fish oil and Vaseline shouldn't be injected into our dicks. Toward the end she suggests there are some fillers with promise but declines to elaborate for whatever reason. |

The implant in it of itself is a cash cow considering how inexpensive it is to mass produce strips of silicone while charging $15k+ for each procedure. I imagine the allure isn't the efficacy of the procedure, but rather, its lucrative potential. I wonder if Dr. Elist is "franchising" the Penuma out, there must be some sort of business arrangement. I checked out all of the Doctors on that list, most don't seem to be promoting it publicly (yet). I'm glad you brought up this list; Dr. Tajkarimi's website has this to say about our lovely community: WORD OF CAUTION about "negative fake reviews online at Phalloboards" Phalloboards is a forum sponsored by small group opportunistic doctors in Tijuana, Australia, and other places that do fat injections, fillers and gel injections, and other unapproved procedures that unfortunately do not work. - These sponsors have been upset that Penuma is the first legitimate male enhancement treatment and that it is FDA-cleared - Most of what you read on the forum is fake. The small group of patients that have been identified over the past 10 years (around 5 to 10 patients) all did not follow the post-operative instructions (some of them used external Penile stretchers that damaged the sutures, some of them had sex within days of the surgery, some of them would engage in rigorous exercise right after the surgery) - Overall, Phalloboards is a forum with an agenda to demean any treatment that their doctors do not offer. Penuma is backed by physicians at MD Anderson and Mt. Sinai, has had clinical data shared with major medical societies, and thousands have been performed successfully Oh man! We're busted! I promise it was Hoddle's idea, I swear!!! . |
