Hey, so just wondering why are you still trying to do jelqs? You can’t do that with PMMA in your penis. That’s why it’s bunching to the glans. Stop doing that immediately. Also I thought pumping was bad for pmma, does the doc say it’s ok? Just stick to Manual stretching. Jelqing is a girth exercise, you don’t need that anymore. Just do the stretching for length. I plan to start hanging again after my procedure personally to gain some length. Would love to use a pump for added girth but I’m not sure that’s wise or not. I’d have to do more research on that. |

Yes, but the only forum that is devoted to phalloplasty is this one. The rest of them are largely focused on manual PE exercises (like pumping, stretching, jelqing, etc) or are focused on non-size issues (Peyronies, micropenis, etc). You can try PEGym or Thundersplace for starters. |

Just saw this reply you wrote. I'm in my late 20s and while it would have been nice doing these procedures sooner, I think I'm glad I didn't because we had so many trailblazers come before us on these forums to learn what are the best and least risky procedures to go with. I think that going with these non-permanent fillers is the way to go, and the highest risk being that it could look irregular but that can be corrected through small top offs. I considered Dr. Morganstern especially because he's in the US, but cost-wise Avanti is cheaper and it seems like they have just as much experience with fillers. As far as circumcision goes, it won't be covered by insurance because it is considered cosmetic unless you have severe functional issues. The anesthesia will be covered by insurance though. I think I will expect to pay anywhere from $1K-$1.5K for the procedure out of pocket. As you start to research circumcisions, you'll learn that there's a lot of different 'cuts' that you can have, and different methods. I am going with a low and tight cut that is done through a freehand method. I liked the doctor I'm going with because he was very attentive to my cosmetic goals and explained exactly how he will try to achieve a low and tight cut that I'm looking for. |

Thank you for your post. I too am ready to start my journey. I'm 39 and have messed around with manual PE for about 6 years now....various gains on and off but nothing significant to mention. It seems like fillers are really the "new age" of treatment for this and comparable to what women (and men) have been doing to enhance certain parts of their body for years now. So I feel like I"m ready to make that jump too. I just filled out a contact form with Dr. Morganstern - not sure who you are planning on using but given he is a sponsor and several people have gone to have fillers done i have some feedback to go on. I'll likely have to get circumcised too....if i can find a general urologist to do it and cover it under my insurance it would be much cheaper. Not sure what route your considering? |

I thought I would start off a diary here. My journey with penis enlargement has been going on for over 6 years now, which started with jelqing, then went to extending, pumping, hanging, clamping, you name it. With a very dedicated routine, I managed to gain 0" in girth, and 0" in length. I had some gains in flaccid stretched length, sure, but I don't walk around stretching out my flaccid dick for everyone to see. My current stats: NBPEL: 6" MEG: 4.73" at the widest Glans EG: 4.25" After very disappointing results with manual PE methods, I've thrown in the towel and decided I need to go with fillers. Something I've considered even during my manual PE journey is that a circumcision might be necessary in order to get good results with things like vacuum hanging. I've always pushed aside the idea in the past because I hear about horror stories of how a circumcision ruined people's sensation, that they might lose EL from a tight circumcision, etc. Now I've come to realize after doing research that a circumcision might be necessary for me to get results from fillers and I'm okay with that. I think aesthetically it might look more pleasing and it might even make sex better. I've slightly cut my frenulum in the past and condoms usually don't fill me very well when I'm thrusting and my foreskin is sliding back and forth. So, I've decided I'm going to get a circumcision in advance of getting my ellanse fillers. A 1" gain in EG would be amazing for me, and I'm sure my girlfriend would love it too, though I wouldn't tell her. We already have a great sex life, and fortunately I took her virginity so I never had the insecurity hanging over my head that she likes sex with bigger dicks. But I know that she would enjoy it given how much her vagina can stretch, and that I've disappointed girls in the past with my size. Growth through jelqing/non-injection PE is the best story imo. It not only explains current growth, but it also allows you to explain any future growth that you might get if you want to pursue getting further injections. PE stands for penis enlargement. As for length, I'd spend some time reading around and try posting in more pertinent topics. Length can be achieved either through "penis or manual" exercises (like pumping, stretching, jelqing, etc), or surgically (by severing the ligament allowing for some inner penis to come forward). Improving erection quality can also maximize your fullest possible natural length, as well as reducing your fat pad if you have one. Good luck. |

Hello all! 23yr insecure, frightened male here... 3 months ago I think I suffered a penis injury. I overstreched it while I was doing some jelqing exercises. Yes I am ashamed and insecure of myself, now even more... While I pushed the flacid penis down (with not a lot of force) i felt a sharp but not so intense pain at the right base of the penis. Nothing swollen, nothing visualy wrong. But the pain remained and its still present... It hurts when I move the penis down or to the side. Basically any stretching hurts in the same place (ingiunal region - near the base). Other symptoms are also: dificulty lifting legs more than 30 deegres, twisting my body(torso) ,when going to the toilet (bowel), laying on one side when sleeping, lifting things from the ground, deep breathing, or any stretching of abdomen... All I can do right now is walking. I went to some doctors which didnt really agree on the diagnosis. So far I have damaged fascia, penis fracture, damaged suspensory ligament, ingiunal hernia (which ultrasound was negative- also no visual bumps) or damaged ingiunal nerve. I am capable of erection but it hurts when I am moving it more... So I am substaining from masturbation and any sexual activity. I also have a little left curve on my penis which was present before, but now I think it maybe got a little bit worse. I know I may be imagining that, altough when I try to straighten it really hurts! Right now I am visiting a physio doing some laser, ultrasound, cross friction massage therapy. And its probably a little better but I am still so worried :/ Just the thought that I it will never be the same or that will hurt for the rest of my life is really depressing... My questions are- did anyone had or has similar symptoms ? Can anyone tell me a possible diagnosis? Maybe damaged corpus cavernosum? Should I do an MRI or something similar? Like cavernosography? I have now just completed my second round of PMMA with Dr. C and decided that it's probably time to begin sharing my experience, which started on January 22nd, 2020. The initial question here is why? Why did I feel the drive to increase the size of my cock, which, even before any PE, stood at a respectably average 6" x 4.8"? I knew I was right in the middle of the bell curve. I’d check all the penis size comparison sites or look around at swingers clubs or nude beaches and be like, “yup, 100% completely average.” However, for some reason this didn’t sit well with me. I began experimenting with larger sized implements to try to find out. I used a sleeve -- which made me at least 8" x 6" -- a few times and it shockingly went in with ease. Hey everyone. This is my first post. Before I begin I want to thank all the admins and contributors on Phalloboards for taking the time to educate people about PE! I have never read more intelligent and considerate discussion about PE than on these forums. Original penis size: 5.8" BPEL, 5" BEG, 4.5" MEG. Didn't measure flaccid but it was about 3" flaccid not stretched. Current penis size: 6.9" BPEL, 5.4" BEG, 5" MEG. 4.75" flaccid not stretched, 7" flaccid stretched. One year of training (not counting 2 months off from injuries) Final goal of 7.4" BPEL, 5.7" BEG, 5.4" MEG. Routine: 1. Extender at 1.5 to 2 pounds of pull for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. YES, low extension strength works for me! Quite comfortable, just takes more time to grow. 2. Warm water soak and jelqing for a few minutes, followed by moderate vacuum for 20 minutes a day, 3 days a week. 3. 2 consecutive days off. Take days/weeks off until I recover if I ever injure my penis or my penis still feels sore from last training. 4. Multivitamin, L-Arginine, Sunflower Lecithin (good for fat of cells, ejaculation volume). I also take a few supplements that are normally low/not in multivitamins but are actually ESSENTIAL nutrients (some missing because they impair absorption of other vitamins and should be taken 1 hour+ different time): Magnesium, Calcium, Vitamin D3 (not missing from multivitamins, but if you get little sunlight like me, it can help), and Alpha-GPC (many people do not get the recommended "Adequate Intake" of Choline, declared essential in 1990s by multiple medical establishments but not in multivitamins. Choline is essential for brain function and studies suggest it can help with penis health). These supplements are affordable and are either essential nutrients or components of cells. Some tips: 1. If it ever gets painful, stop and lower the intensity/duration, and take time off as needed! I made mistakes in the past with both manual exercises and tools, keeping on going when it got painful, and it took weeks to recover. I have even accidentally made my penis bleed with what many consider a very safe vacuum because I pumped hard and used it for too long. Always be mindful of how your penis feels, and don't train if your penis is sore from training. 2. Be very careful with supplements claiming to help with penile health. Research potential side effects and contraindications. I have high blood pressure and took a supplement with Yohimbe, which caused me issues. Make sure supplements say GMP-certified, which means it was made in an actual supplement manufacturing facility where ingredients are tested for content and purity. 3. Don't set an unrealistic penis size goal unless you are sure that is what you want. Very large dildos/penises can hurt women, and I 100% plan to stop after reaching my goal. 4. PE exercise can be done very cost-effectively (or expensively if you prefer). I have tried both cheap and expensive equipment, and can see the value in both the cheaper equipment and more expensive equipment. I won't name any products since I know many of them can work if you're just patient and dedicated. Research products well since you have many options. I'm not terribly sure I understand the premise of your topic but we do not promote "chemical" penis enlargement experimentation. For the uninitiated, "Chemical PE" is an avenue where some men experiment with a supplement or injection (or a combination of said-materials) in order to aid and/or promote growth of their penis. I say "aid" because Chemical PE has sometimes been used in conjunction with manual PE exercises (stretching, hanging, jelqing, clamping, pumping, etc). Chemical PE's merits are generally theoretical and virtually all the evidence is anecdotal. The problem I have with this avenue of penis enlargement is that men begin assuming qualifications reserved for medical professionals because they did "some reading on the internet," and are mislead to believe it is "safe if you know what you're doing." The reality is that if Chemical PE could be legit, but there simply isn't enough evidence making a strong case for it. PhalloBoards 2.0 had a designated sub-category for the topic, but I've decided against any sort of self-injection techniques moving forward. Hello everyone, I realize there are many posts like this in the archives (not to mention Thundersplace and other such forums) and I've been slowly making my way through them, but I wanted to start a new thread seeking advice on how to gain length in a safe and efficient manner in order to renew interest in this topic on the forum. Additionally, I intend on getting a procedure for girth in the (hopefully) not to distant future and feel that it would be best to ask a community of those who have gotten or intend on getting the same what methods, routines, equipment, etc. they have used, which has worked (or not) for them as they journeyed to achieve an increase in length before (or after) a girth enhancement procedure. I previously toyed around with the BibHanger, at one point getting up to 12lbs. (between the cheeks), but my EQ was awful so I stopped. I also used the ESL40 ADS but became frustrated as the silicone cap would constantly slip off the glans. I own and occasionally use the Bathmate (for girth) but find it doesn't produce anything other than temporary gains (lasting a few hours or less). I also did some manual PE (stretching and jelqing) but became extremely frustrated by how tedious it was. I recently purchased the Total Man Ultimate Penis Enlargement Kit that comes with silicone sleeves, a compression hanger (one more compact than the Bib), a rod extension device, a vacuum extender, and a ADS strap. For $330 (including shipping) I found it to be a relatively good deal (though I could be wrong). I'll keep the community informed as to the quality and durability of the products if any are so interested. Chapter I, 7/31/19 Hello fellow members. After years of casual reading, I finally took the plunge with PMMA. I’m sitting in my room at the Grand Hotel Tijuana, just returned from my procedure. Dr giunta did my surgery. It wasn't anything special like a y or anything. It was just a straight incision perpendicular to my penis. About a inch wide. I would also like to say it took years of stretching to achieve that length. I also stretched and pumped for years before my light surgery and I could never cement my gains. I wrapped with surgical sensitive skin tape after jelqing or pumping with a fitted cylinder. |

I was doing pe (jelqing, tension wrapping, pumping, clamping) off and on for years but could never cement my gains because my lig was so tight. After I got my lig cut by Dr giunta, I mostly did alot of over hand jelqing with a full fist and tension wrapping after. I also have a few other stretches I can't fully explain. Daily Wrapping seemed to help me cement my gains with turtle during normal daily routine, work, sleep and exercise. The only time I wasn't wrapping was during sex and showering and even then I wear cock rings(took a while to find the perfect ones that didn't cut off circulation and soft enough for long-term use). I eventually developed a really bad scrotal web from all the stretching and gains. About six months ago I had my web reduced, also by giunta. Now I'm just working on my girth. And hoping that I have good results from Fft. My starting girth was 5.5 before surgery and it's now a little over 7 mid shaft. Trying to get to 8x8 Iol. know all of the common failures associated with the procedure but alot of guys have also had success. I would love to hear the good and the bad experiences. |
