I would say buy a pump and buy a cheap extender. You can buy both these things on eBay or amazon.

Again it only happens when the foreskin rolls back. Might try and see if I can stop it from going so far back, will Google how to give yourself phimosis. Had PMMA with Dr. N in Prague yesterday and will update my report to benefit other users. A bit about my background:I have always been insecure about my size. I am 14-14,5 cm (5.5-5.7 inch) BPEL and just slightly shorter NBEL say about 13,5cm ( 5.3 inch) since I have little fat there. Hi Guys so i have decided to go with Dr N. i messaged her on her website 1 month ago but no response.

Now i emailed her and still no response 1 week later.
