Thanks for asking Johnsmore. I made various attempts to be less of a grower, and spent way more money than I should’ve. I wasn’t looking for a “magic bullet”, I was just looking for something that worked for me. I tried jelqing, pumping, and various stretchers, including the Phallosan Forte which is a very well made but expensive stretching device. Unfortunately, none of this worked for me, not due to time and commitment, but probably due to my physiology. Pumping was very helpful because it stretched my skin which will help with the volume of filler I can take and ultimately my aesthetics. The one device that worked for me is the RestoreX stretcher which was developed to help with Peyronie’s disease. It is not cheap but it definitely provides a consistent strong stretch. It was developed in cooperation with the Mayo Clinic. Those with Peyronie’s disease are supposed to use it for two 30 minute sessions per day. I purchased it when it first came out and actually called their customer service to see if it had been used for penile lengthening. At that point, no studies had been done to test the device for that. I used it over the past 18 months or so for about 10 hours per week and it has helped me. Let me be clear, I am not recommending that anyone try the RestoreX stretcher, I’m just relaying what worked for me. I’m also older (just turned 59) than most of the guys posting on the forum and I would have to say with age your sexual muscles “loosen” / change along with our biceps, triceps, etc. So, things just hang a little easier than they used to hang. My recommendation would be to spend time here reading what others have done that helped them and decide if that might work for you. There is so much great information on this forum but it takes time to read through it. I can honestly say I’ve probably spent over 100 hours reading the progress reports, testimonials, and reviews etc. that everyone has posted. It was time well spent and I am very grateful for all the different perspectives shared here. I’m sure this is way more than you were looking for when you asked your question but I wanted to share my perspective / journey. I don't think there is any possible solution, unfortunately. Before getting PMMA, I did about a year's worth of jelqing/stretching/edging, and the only thing I gained was bout 1/10 of an inch in length and about .4 inches in girth. Mind you, my EQ and duration game were top shelf. There was hope in the $20,000 auto-stretching device on here but that quickly fizzled. The other option is length surgery but from what many have pointed out here is that you only gain flaccid length, not erect length (although, to
@Texas credit, he firmly believes that with the right routine post surgery, you can in fact gain significant length). Remember - this is my opinion. There are other folks on here who swear they've gained doing their stretches. I would say to lurk on the other threads here about this topic, and you'll note that there are some who have been successful; in my case and several others read on here, it's just not possible for me. I've come to terms with it. My non-bone pressed and pressed are also at 5in and 6in. I make up for it in girth (6.1 this morning). |

Before I went in, I did a lot of digging on here and read through a lot of folks' accounts, especially asking them how it felt. From what I know, the fat transfer and HA have a more squishier feel than Linnea Safe. I know my EQ isn't what it was in my 20's and 30's. I'm getting back to light pumping, light jelqing, and doing kegels again. On the days I know I might not be at my best, I'll maybe take some talafadil or boner gummies and I am so rock hard that it's almost uncomfortable on wifey. But the firmness is always there. |

Just wanted to add that for me, having had PMMA - it looks like a pig in a blanket when it's cold/showering. I also turtle when exercising. I have retraction issues. But when I'm hydrated, or drinking, or when it's hot outside, it hangs beautifully. So there's tradeoffs for sure. As for @Billter question - seems like you're more interested in the procedure improving your sex game. In my opinion, other than having a girthier partner, and the fact that the PMMA filler settles firmly (as opposed to fat transfer or HA from what other's have shared about it being "squishy" when erect), sex lasts the same amount of time. You should continue lightly jelqing, pumping, and kegeling when it's safe to do so after the procedure. |

Hello friends, I recently learned about HA filler and I have an appointment with Dr Chayut soon. I have done PE before with good gains, but always stopped because I would get Genital herpes outbreaks as a result of jelqing, and over time would lose my gains. So I am curious about the HA filler route. I am about 5.7 Inches Long Erect and 5 Inches Girth Erect. Some questions. 1. Will my penis look weird if My erect girth will be same as my erect length ? I am guessing I will end up with 5.7x5.7. 2. Will the HA filler ruin the aesthethics of my penis ? I have a very beautiful and symmetrical penis and often get compliments on it. And some of the testimonial pictures, it looks like the penis shape changes quite drastically and looks more "grotesque" or clumpy. 3. I am 70% doing it for Premature ejaculation and the studies seem promising for this, but from reading the forum it seems people are not noticing any major effects for Premature E. Have you noticed any effects? 4. MOST IMPORTANT question. If I do HA filler, will I be able to do Penis enlargment exercises at a later point if I want to do it, or will I never be able to do PE agian, because it will mess with the filler/move it around? 5. What are the best post-care tips for HA filler to get best results? Any suggestions or forum links you can send me to? 6. What is generally considered the optimal way to do for someone with my size, for more "permanent" gains and good results. 10-12 ml to begin with? And then another a few Ml a few months later? 7. Yes HA is done in the shaft. It is easy to reverse for two reasons: (1) The enzyme Hyaluronidase can dissolve most, if not all of the HA; and (2) HA's temporary nature means that most (if not all) of it will dissipate over time. The glans is the trickiest area to enhance on the penis anatomically speaking I'm afraid, and the gains aren't nearly as significant as the shaft. You might find manual PE methods like edging/ballooning, jelqing, pumping (or even glans pumping) to be comparable (if not better) alternatives. No procedure (or PE exercise) is without risk. That said, HA has arguably the strongest safety profile too. Again, I emphasize these strong points in light of your specific circumstances. Give Dr. Tsay a call (I fixed the links in my original post), not sure if he's still in since it's approaching 5pm on a California weekday, but it wouldn't hurt to leave your name & number with them. Hello all, Hours away from flying to Avantis. I’m very nervous and anxious about the journey, the procedure, the aftercare, and the results. Just about everything. I am a 21 year old college student from the San Francisco Bay Area. I’ve been practicing PE on and off since 14, with a mix of manuals at first (jelqing, yikes!) to vac extending and pumping now. Obviously I’m not sure how much it’s helped as there’s no way to differentiate its impact, but I do attribute some of my starting size to this history. Here are my starting stats now: BPEL: 6.3” MSEG: 4” Length is satisfactory for me, but I’d definitely want a 7” if I could get there. However, that’s not been my primary concern. Girth has always been a heavy insecurity of mine, and one that I've had no progress with. I’ve tried manual, pumping, and clamping routines for girth but have had no results, partly due to how unrealistic and unsustainable the practice is and how little my lifestyle allows for it. I thought all hope was lost. Until I came across this community. I learned about fillers and PhalloBoards from r/GettingBigger, funnily enough they’re not very fond of this at all, but it’s what drew me to this community. I fell into the rabbit hole, did weeks to months of obsessive research with hours on end, and finally settled on Avantis for my first appointment. The purpose of this appointment is to serve as a trial to see if fillers in general is something I'd like to pursue more in the future, as I am quite young and uncircumcised, thus we're starting with only 10cc's of Ellanse. I did get the PRP package as well. I understand most of the members here are in their 30s and 40s, and it's unusual to see a younger patient's journal posted on the boards. But I'll say with confidence that I understand wholeheartedly the risks and rewards of the decisions I am making, and I entirely accept this with a clear and level head. I wondered about erection and pumping. I had 2 hypochondric things: thinking i cum much sooner recently, and thinking i get it up much harder recently And those 2 things could be total hypochonder stuff, i actually believe it's not really true. Anyway i did a forum search on thundersplace, and there are many positive things about pumping and getting erect Pumping and Erections: I am confident that proper pumping improves EQ, ED, Peyronies and in many, length and/or girth. I pumped twenty minutes a day, five days a week, for a year, maybe longer, and gained a half inch in girth I still have today, so, I hope that is helpful. For me it’s how I got nearly two inches of permanent length gains. (in 6 years, first length gain after a year) I will probably keep pumping two or three times a week just to keep a good flaccid hang and to keep my EQ excellent. I continue to pump because it just works. The gains aren’t super fast but they keep coming. I feel it helps keep my penis healthy and I like the bigger flaccid hang it helps me keep. I can pump 40 minutes and have great EQ for two to 3 days after. I’m at least a centimetre longer than when I started, girth has increased too, and my flaccid hang is much better. Nowadays I can get to full pumped size with roughly 10-15m of pumping or dry jelqing. It almost as if my dick has "memory" of the bigger size. These last 2 weeks of water pumping, I get HARD-HARD! I’d love to hear what exercises you all are finding helpful for EQ when you’ve had filler. Jelqing is sort of out of the question, but what other manual exercises are helpful? I find my results look and feel the best when my blood flow and eq are strong. So I want to work on it. Maybe hanging? Pumping? I’m sure

If you've never done PE I think you can make some length gains, from .5 to 1 inch after 6 months or more, but girth is much harder to achieve. Pumping can help temporarily, used consistently you might get some semi-permanent gains. You might get .25 to .5 in with jelqing, but it takes a long time and a lot of effort. And if you stop you may lose some or all of those gains. Some people also clamp to get girth gains but in the end fillers are the easiest/ quickest option, although also the most expensive.
