It says on the brochure the fix is circumcision.

Just leave it alone for a week or two. Seriously.

Maybe a doc will chime in but you just may have some poor filler placement due to being uncircumcised. But I'd just leave it be for a little longer to calm down first.

Im a little agnostic about pumping,, don't think it does much over the long haul and concerned about potential damage it may do.

Ok after researching I’m almost certain it’s penile oedema

How can I reduce the oedema at this stage?

And if sex isn’t working as it should because of the accordion effect (I think this is what happened last time. It felt strange) then should I get a circumcision?

Hello all, I have been checking out the forums for a while, and decided to take the plunge today and received both 10ml of Restylane Defyne and a P shot. I had this done by DR Bloy, in Fort Myers Florida at Contemporary Mens Clinic.

Now, I just had this done today, but I have SIGNIFICANT dark bruising and some occasional pain. Is this normal? The P shot it self was VERY painful, as it was injected in a few different places, and I only had a topical numbing gel applied, and whatever numbing agents are in the fillers themselves. The did the P shot in maybe 3-4 different areas, each hurt like a MFer.

My initial gain has been almost exactly 1 inch in girth, which I am happy with. I was told that the filler will absorb water and could expand more over the next few weeks, is that true? Can I expect some of these beginning gains to go down over the next few days, or do they some what stick around as the HA absorbs water?

Those are pretty rapid fills. And that's coming from a guy who's done it every three weeks at certain points...

You're also uncircumcised which can cause some placement issues with more volume. It could be some edema. Perhaps caused by pressure from the filler? I don't know.

What brand and type of HA?

I got 40mL of HA done in 10mL increments over about 5 weeks. I had my most recent injections done 2 days ago. I am a bit concerned because there appears to be a lot of fluid in the foreskin region that my doctor said is oedema because it didn’t come out with hyaluronidase.

Also I had sex just before my last 2 injections and I had decreased sensation and it felt like it was harder to keep an erection during sex though I had problems with that before.

Is it normal and will it just need some time to get the sensation back? And do I need to get the fluid removed somehow at the top of my foreskin? Because it is making it a bit hard to pull the foreskin all the way down when erect

Also I’ve noticed the base is half an inch thicker than the mid shaft. I’ve been moulding it and trying to get fluid up but I can’t seem to do it. Is this an issue ?

Fillers may improve flaccid length but are NOT intended or advertised to increase erect length. Is it possible? I suppose, but if you were to somehow see an improvement in erect length after filler injections, the gains are likely negligible.

You can wear penis stretchers after Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections, but I'd get the thumbs up from your Performing Physician first.
