What is the megaderm attached to? The skin or penis? How is it attached?

Megaderm is attached to the tissue inside the skin, over the whole shaft area except the urethra.
It takes approximately 6 months to 1 year for full engraftment and we make sure to stitch up the Megaderm internally with absorbable stitches to prevent movement during the recovery phrase.

Is the edge of the graft near the head beveled? Do you have any before and after pictures?

What's the max length for custom graft?

The graft is implanted right below the glans to the root of the penis.

The sizes we always have in stock at our clinic is: 5cm x 6cm, and 5cm x 8cm.
Occasionally we have 5cm x 10cm and 4cm x 16cm.

We use selective dorsal neurectomy treatment for premature ejaculation. Usually the time it increases after the operation is between 4-5 minutes additional.
Since we are cutting nerve branches, it may lead to lesser sensation but it won't necessary cause Erection issues because we do not detach all the nerve branches. It is usually in the range of 5~10%.

1) Do you guys offer a scrotal webbing correction procedure?

2) If so, can it be done during the 5S procedure and can the 5S procedure be done through the scrotal webbing incision in order to minimize multiple scar locations?

3) I see that the dermal graft is inserted while the patient is Flaccid. How does this affect the patients Girth while Erect? Will there be a large area that doesn't have graft material on it or will it stretch with the penis when an Erection is achieved?

- Yes we do. But the Dr. will have to see after checking it in person whether it's possible.

If so, can it be done during the 5S procedure and can the 5S procedure be done through the scrotal webbing incision in order to minimize multiple scar locations?
- Yes, it can be done all in one. However, the incision will be incised around either Circumcision line or pubic bone area depending on your penis status.

- First of all, the penis will be sedated by local anesthesia so there won't be an Erection during the surgery, And the graft will stretch with the penis when it's an erectile state.
