TOPIC: Chicagoland1's HA journey (Photos Inside)

Hi everyone.

After years of research and contemplation, I've had four rounds of HA filler via PhalloFILL at Down There Urology in Chicago, IL.

The process was simple and easy: I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment to fill-out forms, met with the doctor and then received two lidocaine injections, which hardly hurt, and then six units of HA (each unit is 1.2 ml and the product is Versa (Prollenium Revanesse Versa).

I had my rounds in July, August, September, and October. I had a bit of anxiety for the first round only, but on subsequent rounds I was excited to get back for more Girth. I got six units in each of the first three rounds and then two units in the fourth/final round, for a total of 20 units.

After the first round, the results were mostly even and uniform. After the second round, there was a noticeable bulge on the upper right side, near my head. If needed I will get that reduced, and hopefully remedied, in a future session but for now I don't mind it. The third round was uniform and the fourth round was added to my base.

The feeling is natural, the same density as pre-filler and is not "squishy". I do not think someone would be able to tell by feeling it, either when soft or hard.

Overall I'm very happy and wish I'd done this years ago. I love looking at myself in the mirror and love Hanging longer and thicker. I'd say the biggest gain in appearance is when Flaccid.

Baseline/starting measurements (head, mid-shaft, and base for all measurements):
- Flaccid:
-- FL: ~4" ( ~10.16 cm)
-- HEG: ~4" ( ~10.16 cm)
-- MSFG: ~4" ( ~10.16 cm)
-- BEG: ~4" ( ~10.16 cm)

- Erect:
-- NBPEL: 6.75" (17.14 cm)
-- BPEL: 7.25" (18.41 cm)
-- HEG: 4.9" (12.44 cm)
-- MSEG: 4.9" (12.44 cm)
-- BEG: 4.8" (12.19 cm)

The gains were about ~0.35" (~0.89 cm) in Girth for each of the first three rounds. Exact measurements on Flaccid can vary and on Erect it depends on your EQ when measuring. That said, I hope the photos give a sense for the before and after.

Ending (post round-4) measurements:
- Flaccid:
-- FL: ~5" (12.7 cm) - a 1" (2.54 cm), 20% increase
-- HEG: ~5.75" (14.6 cm) - a 1.75" (4.44 cm), 43.75% increase   
-- MSFG: ~5.75" (14.6 cm) - a 1.75" (4.44 cm), 43.75% increase   
-- BEG: ~6.75" (17.14 cm) - a 2.75 (6.98 cm), 68.75% increase

- Erect:
-- NBPEL: 6.75" (17.14 cm) - no change
-- BPEL: 7.25" (18.41 cm) -  no change
-- HEG: 6" (15.24 cm) - a 1.1" (2.79 cm), 22.5% increase
-- MSEG: 6" (15.24 cm) - a 1.1" (2.79 cm), 22.5% increase
-- BEG: 7.325" (18.6 cm) - a 2.525" (6.41 cm), 52.6% increase

Net increases
- Flaccid length x Girth (NBP): from ~4" x ~4" (~10.16 x ~10.16 cm) to ~5" x ~5.75" (~12.7 x ~14.6 cm)
- Erect length x Girth (NBP): from 6.75" x 4.9" (17.14 x 12.44 cm) to 6.75" x 6" (17.14 x 15.24 cm)
- Erect volume: from 12.9 inches³ (211.4 cm³) to 19.34 inches³ (316.9 cm³), a 49.92% increase
- Starting Flaccid Girth as percent of starting Erect Girth: from ~4" (~10.16 cm) vs. 4.9" (12.44 cm) =  81.63%   
- Ending Flaccid Girth as percent of ending Erect Girth: from ~5.75" (~14.6 cm) vs. 6" (15.24 cm) = 95.83%

Takeaways
- I absolutely recommend Down There Urology in Chicago and would be happy to tell you more about them
- Total volume increased almost 50%
- My Flaccid size grew, relatively to Erect size, much more (e.g. I'm now much more of a "show-er" than "Grower")
- The cost was $9,000 or so and, to me, has been absolutely worth it - value depends on one's individual and unique financial circumstances, of course
- I can't express how much I love seeing my new size in the mirror and that I can hardly fit my hand around it when hard
- I've had numerous women comment on my size, and even a few guys comment at the gym in the communal showers, and that almost never happened previously
- I absolutely recommend this and wish I'd done it many years ago

Next steps
- I'm planning to get a round of PMMA with Dr. Carney at Rejuvall in Atlanta, GA, to best make the gains permanent
