TOPIC: 3.5-Month Bellafill Update: Finally Adding Before/After Photos

Figured it was time for a proper update now that I’m about 3.5 months out and finally have before/after photos to share.

Procedure date: 5/1/26
15 syringes of PMMA

Starting measurements:
Erect: 6.5” BPEL x 5.0” MSEG
Flaccid: 3.25” x 4.0”

Current measurements:
Erect: 6.5” BPEL x 5.5” MSEG
Flaccid: 4.0” x 5.0”

Overall, I’m really happy with where things are at this point.

Early on, I was pretty anxious about the temporary loss in Erect length and whether I was going to get much of a Girth increase at all. At around two weeks, I was measuring closer to 6.0” BPEL x 5.25” MSEG. My Erect length has since returned to my original, and MSEG is now consistently around 5.5”, so that’s a solid half-Inch increase from where I started.

What surprised me most is how gradual the change was. I honestly didn’t notice the increase happening until I measured. The difference is much more obvious now, especially Flaccid. My soft size is noticeably thicker and hangs better than it did before the procedure.

I also had Botox done at the time of procedure, so I’m curious to see how much of the Flaccid improvement remains once that fully wears off.

The lump/cord I mentioned in my earlier posts has also improved significantly. The lump at the end went down quite a bit. There was still a firm cord-like area running toward the base for a while, roughly 1.5 inches long, but overall they have gone away.

As far as the cosmetic result goes, the increased Girth does make it look a little shorter to me even though my Erect length is back at exactly 6.5”. I expected that going into the procedure, though. More width just changes the proportions visually.

My partner and I were pretty close in Girth before the procedure. I have about 1.5-2” on him in length. Seeing our size difference is surprisingly obvious when comparing side by side. That was probably the moment where the increase really registered for me.

Dr. Rupeka had mentioned that collagen development can continue later into the process, including around months 5–6, so I’m very curious to see whether 5.5” ends up being my final result or whether there’s still more to come.

If I eventually landed somewhere around 5.75–6.0” MSEG, I’d be thrilled, but even if I stayed exactly where I am now, I’m happy with the improvement so far.

Going into this, I thought I’d be a “one and done” type guy… but after seeing the results and boost in confidence, I’d be interested in going back to get 15 more syringes.

Can’t tell a difference at all between before and after. Sorry. Suggestions: place a measuring tape in photos. Also, take standing photo of Erect and flavor before and after.
