Just got back home from my first round of Linnea Safe at Avanti. I'm a little over 48 hours out, a lot of thoughts going on.

Starting stats:
7.5" EL
5.5" MSEG

I explained to Dr Morales coming in that aesthetics were my highest priority, and I wanted a natural and unclockable result before anything else. I was aiming for a .5" gain while having as little as possible contour irregularity, lumps etc (ideally none). I also explained that I didn't want a 'shelf' or drop-off around the circ scar, and since my Circumcision line is high, I wanted a gradual taper with as much 10% past the scar as she could safely put in without any lumps or a ring around the circ line.

I was expecting her to give me an exact volume she planned on upfront, but she said she had no idea how much she was going to use until after we started. Even at the end she didn't know how much she used until she counted up the syringes. We totaled 24 ccs- 10 syringes of 30% and 14 syringes of 10%. That's on the higher end, but it adds up to 4.4 mL of PMMA, and guys with smaller measurements on here have gotten 6 mL in a single round (usually with less-than-natural looking results imo). I'm on the bigger side of most of her patients so I wasn't necessarily concerned by the volume though it was a bit higher than I expected.

I followed the aftercare routine they suggested without a lot of modifications; I left the wrap on all day, tried to stay upright and walking most of afternoon, and only took the wrap off to wash my Dick and hang for a bit before bed. I see reports of guys who begin massaging immediately, I'm not really sure what this accomplishes since there was so much swelling day 1 I couldn't really manipulate the filler if I tried. The next morning we looked it over, she showed me how to massage, and we planned for one more follow-up before I left. Around day 2 I stared to notice some of the smoothness going away. I normally have a perfectly even Dick, but every time I would pull it out to massage, there would be some spots wider than others. This would usually go away after applying the roller for a bit. There was a small ring of puffiness around the Circumcision line that stuck around even after massaging. Dr. Morales said it was just edema and the filler wouldn't accumulate if I kept massaging it. On day 3, I asked her to inject a little more product (.5 cc of 10%) on one side of the circ scar to even it out, since the product originally seemed to collect more on one side and made the right half of my Dick a bit wider than the other. After one last massage I drove back home to SoCal in an extender.

Still feeling anxious about the end result, how the top of the shaft around the circ scar will turn out, and how uneven or lumpy my Dick will be before I can get a touch up. I do adult film for a living, and any real obvious change in appearance would be a big deal to me. That includes a huge jump in Girth, which is why I was looking for the lower end of gains around .5". We might have overshot that a bit, I'm currently sitting around 6.5" MSEG and my Dick looks like a monster tbh. Some would only view that as a positive thing, but there's also a lot of guys on here that in my opinion have a plastic surgery addiction, in the same vein as women you see around with overfilled lips convinced they still look natural. It's just my opinion, but a natural/aesthetic result is always the best outcome with anything cosmetic, in my case especially because there's people on social media who would notice a big jump in my size (there's a guy in my industry with poorly done butt implants who's basically become a running joke among everyone. Guy just got tired of the flat ass comments and now everyone fixates on the area even more). I was more mentally prepared for lumps/nodules, which can always be refined with touch-ups, but obviously once the product is added you can't go back down. Right now I don't have any serious complications or aesthetic issues that I'm worried about, and I know should consider it a win if too much size is the worst thing that happens for me. Also, I've answered this question before, but I'll just leave it here: almost all of the guys you see in porn, don't have filler in their dicks, they don't pump or do PE, they just happen to have big dicks. Part of why they're usually not the best-looking faces out there, can hard to find both. I'm one of the only ones crazy enough to risk their entire career despite already having a big Dick in the first place. A lot of us are on steroids, though.

I did my procedure the day after you! It’s like 32 hours post procedure and I’m swollen beyond belief. Did you have any crazy swelling? I have a ring around the base of my penis that now looks like a second ball sack.

Seems like you’re swelling is no where near as bad as mine. We’re on a similar timeline so we gotta keep in touch and see how the filters settles over the next few weeks.

Are you sure it’s 24 syringes btw? She told me 24 cc is 19 syringes because each syringe is 1.3CC

Linnea comes in 1 mL syringes, think Morales just got mixed up. My post care papers say 24cc and the Linnea stickers on the page all say 1mL. But yeah she counted up 24 of them

I know Bellafill is typically .8ml, but it also comes in 1.2ml and 1.5ml syringes from the manufacturer. Perhaps Linnea is the same?

Not sure, on my paper it says i got 24 cc, 21cc of 30 and 3cc of 10, she said i got 19 syringes though. 19 x 1.3 is 24.7 but she could’ve mispoke.

Linneasafe is in 1cc or 1ml. I'm gonna guess that Jeavery is gonna have slightly less than a half inch gain in girth. The amount of PMMA in that 24cc is less than most typically get. But it should be smoother I guess because more 10% PMMA was used rather than 30%. Me personally I would try to get as much injected on the first few attempts since the scar tissue makes it harder to inject more PMMA later on. I know you said most pornstars don't pump now but I figure pumping before scenes would hide imperfections and then you can worry about aesthetics once you've reached your goal size.

10x30=300+ 14×10= 140 or 440 PMMA

Vongolaxespada1 got 21x30=630 + 3x10= 660 PMMA

@Jeavery being 7.5 you're going to need more filler than most. The majority of the carrier material will be matabalized so the size will go down a lot as your body will form collagen around the PMMA or microspheres- the majority of which was only 10%.

Keep us posted on your results. I notice some pornstars still have great physicques even in their late 50's. Shane Diesel and Brickzilla are in their 60's and 50s respectively. But I guess it's all due to gear while they're able to maintain that physique.

I don’t know why Dr Morales told me 1.3? I asked her how many syringes and she said she just did 19 which is slightly under 25cc, which that would be right 1.3 x 19 =24.7cc

You most likely heard wrong. They give you a sheet which shows the amount of Linneasafe injected along with the total number of syringes and their lot numbers so you know they're not injecting you with silicone.

Look through other people's posts from Avanti and you'll see the numbers to confirm it's 1cc=1ml per syringe.
