TOPIC: Avanti Derma Round 1- 8/11/2026

I just finished up round 1, it was really easy surprisingly, I got the signature package for 4400, I arrived at San Diego Airport at 9am, the shuttle picked me up at 910, got me to Avanti at 940. We started the procedure shortly after. They took a picture of the Flaccid penis, i consented to the photography which Eduardo took. I then met Dr. Morales, very sweet and hospitable. I then told her I want the most possible, mostly all 30%. I asked if she can go over 20cc and she said if space allows she can go up to 25cc in a session, because i believe thats what comes in 3 boxes.

She then drew blood for prp. Then was analyzing my penis, said my penis curves to the left and pointed out how the right side of my penis in longer than the left side, things I never noticed. She also said my ligament is very tight and that’s why I retract. I asked her how I can loosen the ligament, she told me about that surgery which I already know about, but told me it can fail too, but stretching can loosen the ligament and the weight of having filler as well. She then sterilized the penis, then used the numbing needles, which hurt a little but then I didn’t feel anything, I got 19 syringes, each one has 1.3CC so I got 24.7 CC. 21 CC of 30% and 3 CC of 10%. She has to use the 10% by the Circumcision scar, because the 30 is too heavy there she said. I couldn’t feel anything, not a single syringe except the one by my Circumcision scar I felt and that hurt, she told me she doesn’t numb that area unfortunately, I can’t remember the reason.

She measured Flaccid Girth at 10cm before (3.9 inches) and 13.5cm (5.3 inches) which is a huge gain, I think I’m right about 5.3 inches Girth Erect before the procedure, so it’ll be interesting to see what that is now. She said I don’t have too much swelling or bleeding, which is nice and she said made it easier for her, but I think that could be because I’m dehydrated, I didn’t drink too much water on my flight.

She said I’ll most likely lose about 20% of the gains due to swelling and absorbing the liquid. I’d love to come back for a second round. They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed in there, so friendly. It’s a nice office. I do feel as of now, my head is a little dwarfed by the shaft buts it’s also wrapped, I could be wrong. I love how heavy it looks, that’s what I told her, I wanted a heavy Flaccid, that’s really my biggest goal with this. I’ll keep you guys updated and post pics soon. I have some before pics as well.

Dr Morales also mentioned that the longer you wait between procedures the better in terms of skin elasticity and being able to fit in more filler. She noted some patients come 6 weeks for their next round but 4-6 months is better if you want to get more filler put in. Then she said 3 years is even better because your body is constantly healing and the longer you wait the more filler you can put in, in one session.

Questions now

1. The term pig in the blanket, what do you guys mean by this? Isn’t this just the uncircumcised look? Why not call it that?

2. Pumping, I’ve seen from some people avoid it all together forever after PMMA, because it can separate the PMMA and make your penis feel grainy? Even hearing 1 or 2 reports of that, makes me hesitant to pump again.

3. How is Tijuana? Is the area safe? This is what I was most anxious about. I heard so much about the police here. Have you guys explored?

Totally safe around there, not a ton to do but the restaurant that looks like a big sombrero is fire.

I pumped after 45 or so days. It actually helped break up a granular spot I believe. I also pump at a generally lower pressure and need less time. It usually stays at its full potential longer too.

Nice yeah I would definitely be careful with your unit during the healing process. So I’m really being as delicate as I can be. I gotta try that restaurant there’s also the one directly across from the hotel called El Morena or something like that.

20 hour update, I was wrong I’m definitely bruising now it’s red and tender. It’s super swelled up, I have a ring at the base that Dr Morales can hopefully massage out in my follow up.

I was measuring 5.5 inches Flaccid Girth at the hotel after the procedure. Last night I checked after the swelling started taking place, 8 inches Flaccid Girth at the base around the ring and 7 inches around the midshaft. Incredibly swollen, wouldn’t expect to be 7 or 8 inches Flaccid Girth from only 24cc. So I’m going to say it will probably go back down to something in the mid 5’s for Flaccid Girth eventually but who knows what the healing process can do maybe I get a little more out of this than anticipated.

I just eclipsed 6 weeks and believe I am finally at my resting results. Day 2-4 were swell days. Then every reduced a fair amount over the next week. I say at least 20% if not more but I think everyone is different. I had one follow up late the next day then went back. For me the product definitely enhanced by irregularities. Not that it detracts but any scar unevenness, any extra skin that is where the product will migrate too.
I ate at the bbq place right across the street.

How do you feel about your results? Do you want more eventually? Was it your first round?

Yeah okay that makes sense so hopefully in 2 days my penis isn’t like a watermelon/balloon.

I did my follow up, Dr Morales saw how incredibly swollen it was and she said that happens in patients. Within the next week it’ll go down she said. She massaged it; showed me how to do it, showed me how to use the Hanger, and then wrapped me up.

She recommended I take a prednisone because of all the swelling and asked me if I wanted to. I said yeah whatever you recommend and now only 4-5 hours later it’s already significantly less swelled, I wonder though if that could dampen gains but at this point 7-8 inches Flaccid Girth is just absurd, so don’t mind that even.

A few days of steroid shouldn’t affect gains, collagenesis doesn’t kick in for a few months typically. I was just mentioning to skeptical attempt that he should try prednisone since Leonardo gave me some after my hybrid fillers last year. Glad to see Morales thinks there is value in that too.

I also thought I would like the swelling form but with how swelled up I am, 8 inches Flaccid base Girth and 7-7.5 inches Flaccid midshaft Girth, my glans is completely dwarfed. Wouldn’t mind a decent reduction.

I should get the glans enhancement with HA next time if I go again. Which I was planning on doing multiple sessions with this but if I stay anywhere near this size, it won’t be needed.

Stretching is something I want to start doing to gain length back and maybe some additional, loosen up the ligament some more so the Flaccid hangs lower. This procedure is revolutionary though, I can’t believe that thing is mine, just wow.

Oh yeah some other things about the grand hotel Tijuana and the shuttle. Grand hotel Tijuana is 135 dollars a night and that’s discounted through Avanti, which is really expensive for Mexico. I saw on here just a few years ago it was like 80 dollars. Mexico is getting much more expensive.

The buffet at the hotel is like 23 dollars plus a tip, which is also similarly priced to America. The buffet was good tons of good breakfast food, desert, etc but didn’t eat much, who’s really that hungry at breakfast? There’s street tacos around Tijuana for like a buck/a US dollar I’ve heard but not many street vendors in that area by grand hotel.

After I did my follow up today, I got there at 9:30am, was done at about 10am and that’s when my shuttle bus driver showed up, he got me there right at 10 before my procedure and I left at 10am right after my follow up. So I was in Tijuana for about 24 hours. He picked me with another passenger in the car im guessing from another medical spot and we picked up another person from a dental clinic.z

Then he started heading to the border, he said we didn’t have to wait 3-4 hours on the return back because the woman from the dental clinic has a medical tourist card. So we got into the US in about 20-30 minutes. Got to San Diego airport, I still had 3 hours till my flight left, so I took a shuttle flyer bus to in n out from the airport, saw a bunch of homeless people smoking crack on the side walk in broad day light, was worried about the safety of Tijuana but it’s actually seeming much cleaner and safer than San Diego, got food, headed back to the airport with the bus and now here waiting for my flight home, it got delayed.

I think the swelling reduced a lot after the first week. Then noticeably everyday. I got the utmost just based on the HA a lone was worth the price. Sadly only temporary. They passed on to me 4-6mo. I also wanted to get skin laster treatment at the same time but scheduling did not permit. I am still trying to sync w/ them on that now.
Imho it is changing. Even partially aroused there is a noted difference in presence.
I have a notable ring deeper at the base but I think that might be my natural anatomy. I did not use a ring, could not find one that did not constrict. but I did massage from base to tip regularly throughout the day.
Also the pharmacy down below sells spray disinfectant. Get a small bott (around $5). I sprayed the whole area multiple times a day. To include hands and Hanger.

Yes, Dr Morales mentioned this as well to spray the penis with anti septic spray, a non alcohol one, because alcohol can irritate the skin. She said to do it multiple times a day to avoid infection and to not touch the penis with dirty hands, always make sure to use soap and have clean hands before touching it to avoid infection.

What do you mean they passed on you in 4-6 months? You had this procedure done 6 weeks ago right?
