TOPIC: Scheduling Advice - 60 Syringes PMMA w/ Rupeka

So on my first round of 30 it seemed like bit of an adjustment first few days with all the swelling. Kinda like wow its packed in there. When the swelling subsided it was a non issue but it definitely felt tight at the time. Then walking out after round 2 I was like this is a breeze and easily could of added as much as I wanted. The 30 definitely didn't fill the tank so to speak. Now after going through these 2 rounds with Dr Rupeka im wishing I would have done more to achieve my goals in a few rounds rather than having to go back for a third at some point. Would 60 be a bit much for 1rst round for me? Maybe so cause looking back it felt pretty tight initially but maybe not. Now right after round 2 I felt like could've easily doubled it. I would just say talk to Rupeka about your goals and definitely express all of the concerns discussed here and let him tell you what hes comfortable doing and what makes most sense from his perspective. There's a few different reasons I went to Rupeka 1 of which being im uncut and wanting to stay that way if possible. So far to date im glad I listened to and trusted him even though many of the other providers on here would feel differently. I really think problems are invited if patients kinda try to steer the Dr's out of their comfort zone or apply one providers expertise and comfort level to another one. I also gotta say that I feel like every round is a bit of a gamble with the risks involved and so minimizing rounds cuts down on risks taken. Everything can be picture perfect with all going as planned and still have a boomerang come out of no where with noone at fault.

I just wanted to chime in, I believe 60 is not possible given your length.

Also I believe Bellafill is .8 as much as Linneasafe when comparing syringes. But Avanti usually can only put like 22~ or so syringes usually before the material starts backing out of the entry points. People with similar 6in size have only been able to get that much at Avanti or less because of their size limitations. I think only @6x5to6x7 and @gsock27 got 60 syringes at a time but I think you would need more length to do that.

It certainly helps that you do PE especially pumping. Something like 20 min a day 5-8inhg helps with conditioning your penis.

Not saying there isn’t any risk, but I got 40 syringes with Rupeka on my first trip and easily could have gotten more.
Round two I got 60 more. I’m 6” length. Once again, not saying there isn’t any risk. I have seen the same Necrosis post which was concerning.

That's interesting Bellafill comes only in the 20% PMMA concentration while Linneasafe comes in both 10% and 30%.

Typically I've seen people end up with roughly the same amount of PMMA per procedure between Avanti and Rupeka:
18x30% and 4x10=580 PMMA Avanti (Me)
15x30% 2x10%= 470 PMMA Avanti (Tmartin304)
25x20%= 500 PMMA Rupeka (also Me)

Although those people with deep pockets that get like 40-60 syringes at Rupeka that's like 800 PMMA or 1,200 PMMA respectively. I mean that's like getting two rounds at Avanti in one procedure. I'm not sure how Rupeka does it because I wanted more last round at Avanti and none could physically be put in because the material was coming out of the entry points. Rupeka must have a different technique because I remember when Tmartin304 went to Avanti they put even less than me (470 vs my 580).and they said no more could be put in. So maybe it's a different layer Rupeka is injecting into? Or just that he does the underside and most others don't?

Im not disagreeing with you on the expensive part but something tells me hes not much different than other injectors of Bellafill that are based in the United States but maybe im wrong. Rupeka definitely states he injects at a different or deeper plane. I think our conversations highlight the differences in our individual anatomy of our dicks. Results definitely seem to be different depending on the individual but all of us trending in the same direction. The size calculator on the home page says i should be at my goal for the amount of PMMA ive received yet here i am still a 1/2" off. Maybe just my age who knows but theres others who would probably be 1/2" over.

That calculator didn’t work for me. I took time to input all of my previous rounds and none were even close to the calculation vs my actual outcome. I did figure out a way to calculate how to get a half Inch of growth based on one of my previous sessions.

(mL of product x concentration of PMMA for that product)

So the one previous session of PMMA I got that landed me a half Inch gain was 6.0. From that I assumed that a similar number would give me another half Inch so I opted for 40 syringes of Bellafill.

40 syringes x .8 (each syringe of Bellafill is only .8mL) was equal to 32mL of product.
32mL x .2 (Bellafill is a 20% concentration) end up being 6.4.
I was spot on and gained a half Inch this last round.

My two quarter Inch gain rounds were like 4.5 and 4.7 based on that equation.

Lol it was definitely misleading for me. Ive got a pretty good idea of what i need going forward based on how ive responded on the last 2. Ill probably shoot for another 20 or 30 at max if Rupeka says its ok to do so. Im kinda laughing cause your married like me and the op and we are striving for that 6.5 to 7 in range for our wives lol. At least for me she's why im here cause what used to work great doesn't quite have the same affect as it used to due to age, kids life ect.

Coming up on procedure day in 2 days. I have a few questions. Should I limit or increase water intake before the procedure? Wondering what the logic is on urinating earlier vs later on procedure day. Secondly, the aftercare instructions do recommend Cialis if it's available. I have some, in addition to some mixed tabs of Viagra/Cialis. Can this be taken immediately after procedure? Are the Viagra/Cialis tabs advisable? I prefer them.

For those who are wondering, I reached out to Rupeka's office and revised the top end to 45 syringes (36cc).

I did acquire the PeniMaster Pro, and it's super annoying to get used to (seems like there's not enough suction), but after getting it to work 1 out of 20 attempts, it does appear it will work quite well (as long as i can get it to work...).

Keep your water intake normal. Taking a piss isn't affected either way so drink up piss when it makes sense. . I took a low dose Cialis (2.5 mg)soon as I was done cause figured it cant hurt and have continued to do so so daily.
The penimaster pro can be a pia but they all can be and are.lol! I have several different styles and Its definitely the least invasive when it comes to shaft interference because it pulls strictly from the glands. It also seems to bethe least app to develop blisters as well due to the cap diaphragm on the inside. I use my mouth with the green suction tube instead of the hand suction bulb. Its way more convenient and easier to adjust the vacuum pressure. Plus ive broke nipples off a few using the the bulb due to the design.

Procedure day was this morning. I spoke with Dr Rupeka about my goals and concerns. He agreed that if I wasn’t elastic enough that we’d limit things. We started off with 45 as the ceiling and ended up settling on 35 syringes (28cc).

Things are going well so far. Hanging with my penimaster pro, which honestly has been a huge help, I can’t imagine using anything else.

Right now I’m sitting at 6” Erect. I imagine things will come down, though the swelling is not bad at all, I was expecting wayyyy worse.
