TOPIC: 20 Syringes w/Rupeka Bellafill

I wanted to share my experience w Dr Rupeka. He does great work. I’m only 10 days in so far but everything seems to be progressing very well. I had 20 syringes of Bellafill. Previous to this I had 10 syringes of voluma at a medspa. The HA added about a 1/2 Inch of Girth but I really didn’t like the feel of it. So far the PMMA feels much more natural both Flaccid and Erect. All of the swelling is down and I’ve gained about an Inch from this round. For those that have done this before, how much am I likely to lose as the bovine gel gets absorbed? The second pic is the day after I was 6 1/4 mseg and today I’m 6 1/2 so I went up a little in 9 days. The pics I’ve attached are the before with HA and then after the 20 syringes of PMMA. Unfortunately, I don’t have any pics from before the HA.

The only hiccup so far is a small pimple looking knot that should go away with time. It seems to coincide with where the cannula went in but I can’t be 100% sure. It’s definitely not a pimple and it showed up the day after. You can see it in one of the pics. It isn’t noticeable when Erect but it is when Flaccid. I’m still massaging multiple times a day with heat but it’s sticking around for now. I know time is likely to take care of this but does anyone have any tips for coaxing it along.

Overall I can’t recommend Dr Rupeka highly enough and I’ll definitely be going back cause I’d like my base to have a little more. Currently the base is about 1/4 Inch narrower. This is due to the placement of the HA not Dr Rupeka because his distribution was even throughout and it was like this before I saw him. I can’t go any larger close to the head and maintain aesthetics and anyway, my wife said if it gets any bigger she’ll have to dislocate her jaw 😂. That’s the best compliment I’ve ever gotten size wise.

Nice results. Was he able to go under the HA then? Or did he blend it in?
