TOPIC: Avanti PMMA Round 2 - 6/3/26

One week out from round 2. Shape is still a little weird due likely to the swelling pattern of adding filler in some areas to balance out thicker areas that didnt get additional filler this round. Still thicker than i want but I expect that will come down. The band that got the Kenalog is virtually undetectable now. Theres a lump on the OTHER side of the base now bc Dr. M was trying to smooth the transition but I assume that will go down too. it’s all coming along nicely. Current measurements:

BPEL: 5 3/4” (down 1/4”)
BEG: 6 7/8” (yikes!)
MSEG: 5 7/8” (+7/8”)
NEG: 5 5/8” (+7/8”)

(Most guys here do decimal measurements. my tape does quarters and eighths like literally all other tape measures so I use those rather than rounding to tenths.)

I haven't logged in here in a while, good to see that you went back and are getting things evened out. Initial results look promising but as we learned the first time, you kind of have to just go with the process and accept where you end up.

What you said about advocating more for yourself is critical, and having them speak in English is smart too. My biggest regret from the first round is simply stating what I wanted and leaving it at that. I ended up getting a lot more filler than I actually wanted, but that's partly my fault for not understanding exactly how much they were going to put in and correcting them.

I have some issues as well and need to go back for a touch-up. I'm deciding between Rejuvall and Avanti, so I am very curious how your results unfold. Best of luck!

17 days post round 2. Things are looking pretty good! Current stats:

MSEG and NEG: both 5.75
BEG: 6.25

That's an increase of an Inch at the top and about 3/4 at the base from round 1. Entry holes have all closed up so Dr. M said I could start having sex again. It's so thick at this stage my partner had a hard time fitting it in her mouth and anal was very difficult. She was sore the next day but she loved it. Given that I'm only 6" BPEL and the smallish size of my glans this Girth, this size is a little disproportionate but not terrible aesthetically. I expect there's still a fair amount of swelling that will reduce in the coming weeks. I'm hoping to settle around 5.5 top to bottom. I think that's the biggest I can go without looking unnatural. That said, I certainly get the appeal of having an extra large Girth. Having a partner gasp when you put it in and say omg you're SO BIG is a thing I never thought I'd experience.

It's still too early to tell but there are some areas I think may need touchups. Mainly concerned about the bowling pin shape when viewed from above and some gaps at the base. Those were the areas I asked Dr. M to concentrate on this time so hopefully the final form reflects what I asked for. If not I'm sure they'll be accommodating about fixing it with touchups. I may be noticing tiny nodules near one or two injection points but I'm not worried about those. They'll soften over time and I know from experience that Kenalog can work wonders on hard spots.

Speaking of which, the hard rubbery band on the right side of the base I've been bemoaning since the start of round one is basically gone. There's still product there but it's softened to the point it's unnoticeable. It just feels like a fleshy transition from shaft to scrotum. I'm so happy with the way it feels now. I hope it stays just like it is even though the Kenalog continues to work for a few more weeks. There is a bit of a band on the left side at the base now but it's much smaller and less noticeable than the first one and, again, that should soften and reduce on its own and Kenalog is available if needed.

Feeling great about round two so far.

Three week update:

Holding at 6.25” BEG and 5.75 MSEG all the way to the circ scar. Looks and feels incredible. Regular condoms are very tight. Doubt it stays this size but I hope it does bc it feels just right.

The band on the right underside of the base is undetectable. Looks and feels totally natural after the Kenalog. The new ridges on the left side of the base are still there but diminished and not bothering me. I’ll probably get them hit with Kenalog to mirror the improvement the other side had. feeling fantastic overall.

Can the skin still glide over the shaft ? Is the skin mobile when Erect or is it stuck to the shaft ?

Would love if things held here. Last time the three week point was still about 0.25” bigger than where I would end up when everything settled. Will be interesting to see if that progression holds true here even though I had all 30% PMMA the first round and mostly 10% this round. Finishing at 5.5-5.75 EG would be a great result for two rounds.

4 weeks out:

MSEG: 5.5

Dropped a quarter Inch over the past week but thats expected. Could reduce further over the next month but i love this size so hopefully not too much. Ive had numerous partners comment on the current size this past week. “He’s thick!” “Youre so girthy” even “I’m a little scared of your Girth”.

As I’ve said from the beginning all I ever wanted was to be average instead of below average. Im now significantly above average. I don’t have any desire to be thicker than this but I absolutely love it at this size. Shape may need some touchups bur im super happy right now.

So you'd say the Kenalog unquestionably was a gamechanger right? I've seen a lot of reports that Kenalog can be hit or miss and even Dr. C acknowledges as such so I guess it's situational.

Also how consistent have you been with Hanging post procedure?

For me it was. The ridge that plagued me is literally gone. As in it does not exist anymore. Instead theres a smooth, soft transition i can’t even notice. It fixed the issue completely. I know it doesnt always work but for me it really did.

I hung frequently but not constantly the first two weeks. once the filler was fully set and the Botox kicked in I didn’t see the need. Also I don’t like to constrict the neck. that space couldn’t take any product so it’s already narrower than I’d like. I didn’t want to choke it further.

5 week update:

5.5” MSEG (+1.25” total)
6” BEG (+1.75” total)

Fingers crossed this is the final size bc it’s fucking perfect and that is a huge gain for just two rounds of about 20 syringes each. I will definitely want to address some aesthetic issues eventually but overall super happy with the Girth. Partners, both those ive told and those I haven’t, cant tell I had anything done. Users of this forum would of course recognize the telltale signs but regular civilians who don’t live in this space the way we do would never know.

What do you feel like are the telltale signs at this point? Also how do you feel about the circ scar transition now, is there still a dropoff?
