Is it actually necessary to have HA before getting PMMA? I am really on the fence as to whether to get HA just to check the box or dive right into PMMA. Does anyone regret not getting HA before PMMA?
I was planning on seeing Carney but he requires at least 2 rounds of HA before PMMA whereas others here don’t.
I get the cautionary approach to limiting the amount of filler per session but it becomes an extremely pricey way when 2 HA sessions before PMMA and then likely at least another PMMA follow up.

Is it absolutely necessary? No, but think of it this way: getting PMMA without an HA foundation would be like getting your car painted but telling them not to worry about doing a base coat first. It can be done, it just depends on what you want your car to look like, especially on down the road after weathering has set in.

It's also important to remember that PMMA is permanent, and so are all the potential complications that can happen without that buffer of HA in place.

If you haven't already, I'd read all the reasons why we do it that way on our website:

So I dove right into 2 rounds of PMMA and as of this moment I have zero regrets. Personally I couldn't imagine doing some short term if my long term goal was to have a bigger Dick for the rest of my life but thats just me. If money was not an option and I didn't mind needles in my Dick then maybe but I struggled with both lol!
Guess it would ultimately depend on your provider and probably would make sense to follow their expertise and experience.
I also read lots of people needing to get cut beforehand but my provider said not necessary so I didn't and right now im gratefull that I still have a Foreskin along with my bigger Dick. Maybe that will change but I sure as hell hope not. Just listen to whoever you decide to work with and stay in their comfort level.

.

I saw Dr Carney as well and got my 1 session of HA with him. HA dissolved too quickly in my case (2months). The issues with PMMA seems to correct itself in time so I would go straight PMMA.

Your HA dissolved in two months??? That seems nearly impossible but I guess some guys are crazy fast metabolizers

@Thinkbig I commented on your post. I'll be talking to Dr. Carney about your case this afternoon and someone from our team will reach out to you soon. Again, and this is for you or any of our other patients, please reach out to us directly in the future if you experience any problems. We want to help and if there's ever anything we've done wrong we want to make it right. Please don't ever be scared to reach out to us.
