So they dismissed my second complaint which is against Dr Kansas for the debacle he created with the surgery meant to clean up Dellinger’s Work.

The reasoning basically said, closing it because you’re not happy with the outcome and you should’ve known better. F that.
This is the second time they made an initial determination on a complaint without reviewing all the material I presented, including audiotape of the last appointments with both of them
This is especially important for Dr Kansas since on the audio he stated he didn’t know what he was doing, didn’t know what to do once he got in there, and just thought he would push through.
My appeal is based really on several issues.
I asked him to reach out to Dr. Dellinger because he said he worked with Removal of silicone and I told him this was not silicone. It was silicone oil and PMMA. This was done verbally and in writing. He did not do that. So of course he didn’t know what to expect when he opened it up, right?
I asked him why he didn’t just stop and he said he had no idea how adhere to the skin it would be but decided to just keep going. At that point blood supply was already compromised and skin was dying.

He also did not get a consent to do a graph in case things went wrong. And states on the tape and in writing that he knew he should have but thought he could do it without it. We never even talked about a graft. So imagine waking up if he had done that and seeing what that would look like.
The medical board uses this phrase as standards of care. Did the doctor follow the standards of care, etc.? There are no written standards of care so basically we are talking about judgment and medical opinion. And there are one anonymous independent reviewer who didn’t review all the material said he followed the standards of care.
And he continued looking at the material he would’ve seen that I had consultations with 4 reconstructive specialist/surgeons who all ask in the first sentence or two, why he didn’t do a graph or why you didn’t have a consent for a graph. I had no answer other than I don’t know. I said this complex kind of surgery that would be routine.

Yet to end decline, ANONYMOUS independent viewer and a panel said he followed standard of care. Yet I have basically five neurological reconstructive specialist/surgeries stating the standard of care is to have this in place in case it’s needed.

Very frustrating to say the least I’ve gotten my state representatives involved and outreached to two media outlets. One has already done a series on the Texas medical board failing to properly Vet out of state doctors coming to Texas and Work and many of those that they found had criminal charges or had their state license in their homestead revoked, but they somehow got to work Workintexas.

I meet with them on my appeal virtually on June 11


Currently, the pelvic dysfunction pain has only increased to not just one ejaculate, but also half the time when I go to the bathroom… Either pee or poop. Doesn’t seem to matter. And no matter what trigger it I cramp and spasm so much that I do poop in voluntarily. It’s awful and then it’s over but it’s only getting worse. I’m doing PT for it.
Dr Mistry, my new doc from last year did PRP to help with sensitivity since I cannot feel anything from the constricted line down to the base. That has helped some with erections, not totally but I may do another one to help but so far no change in sensation. 99% of the time I cannot have an orgasm/ejaculation when I’m a attempt to masturbate because of this lack of sensation which Dr Kansas said would be “minimal “if at all.
Still feeling like my life is ruined. Luckily I have three or four really good friends, good therapist had a good Psychiatrist who have been supporting me. I’m no longer every waking minute. So with friends, supportive, the therapist, great Psychiatrist and even Ketamine treatment seems to have somewhat stabilized my move but reality is still very depressing.
And no one can tell me that it will change at all
So we’re doing these things with hope and some medical research but in my condition there doesn’t seem to be much hope
I’m also receiving instillation treatments to help with a pelvic pain which is affecting the bladder as well. I’ve had one so far and that’s not much fun getting catheters and had to run back to the doctor seven hours later because I couldn’t urinate. Now I know how to do a Catheter on myself. Probably a great skill to have, but I’d rather not need it.
No idea what I’m gonna do when all these efforts are done and possibly nothing has changed
