TOPIC: How much can irregularities from PMMA be fixed?

Hey everyone! I am here because I am thinking about doing a 3rd round but with the only goal of fixing as much as possible the irregularities from my second round.

I did 2 Rounds of PMMA in Avanti Derma:

1st round: 5.5” Girth > 6”
2nd round: 6” > 7” Girth (~April 2025)
Length didn’t change and stayed at 8”-8.25”

1st round was really smooth and almost didn’t noticed anything weird on my penis I could say it felt 90% natural. The story changed with the second round in which a lot of irregularities and nodules appear around my penis. What I do before sex is pump so the irregularities disappear but then my penis turn into a 8”-8.5” Girth monster and it’s mostly useless because it just cause pain. The operation was about a year ago. Just find out here that Ian is not in avanti anymore and don’t know if I should fly all the way there. I felt more comfortable with him so I don’t know how the dynamics change there.

Just want to see any opinions from people with experience here and what you guys recommend or any place/clinic to try the best possible outcome. Don’t care about adding any more Girth just want to fix it a little more and make it feel more natural. No perfection but better.

I still think Avanti is the best value even without Ian. You could ask them for the smooth finish and I guess they will use the 10% PMMA. @alias9 was one of the only users I remember documenting that Avanti removed those small injection points that looked like white heads in his last procedure.

You could use the clone a willy kit to take a mold or before I went the last time I just took a bunch of erect photos and sent them in a photo album to Doctor Morales so they could reference the areas I wanted taken care of.

I don't quite get how you can be 6 inch girth and get to 8 inch girth by just pumping. The most I'm able to add is about a half in to maybe an inch tops but then it's all edema.

Thanks for the feedback. That’s probably the route I will go because they already have history from my case. I am not 6” right now that was on my 1st round. I went up all the way to 7” of Girth in my second round. Concentration was fully 30% in every cc that may be the reason but I was the one that asked them to go hard in the second round so that’s on me. I am an experienced pumper from years so I had grow to 8-8.5” and even one time to 9” but that is mostly for my own amusement lol. The pic is from a recent pump session so I don’t come as a lier I actually just want to make my Dick feel a little less weird and more natural.
