Some more pics. The underside Granuloma (?) is probably my biggest concern. It moves and my gf told me she can feel it during BJs. Honestly looks like an STD.

Also added a pic showing the The less girthy base. But on closer inspection I think it’s actually just a lump. The top n bottom are generally a good shape but there’s that one lump in the middle that gives the appearance of a girthier upper shaft than lower.
