TOPIC: My ellanse journey 40cc later.

So I've been a member here going on 6 years now. I've had several progress reports posted throughout the years. I'm getting ready to schedule another appointment primarily for touch up and slight increase. So I decided I'd make a new post sharing my journey for any that are on their own or starting on theirs.
I've had a total of 40cc of Ellanse from 2020- 2023. I haven't had anything since 2023. So I'm proof that Ellanse does last longer than originally estimated.

I'll start at the beginning. I was the guy that was good looking and athletic. I always had women anytime I wanted them. I was confident in all areas except the one area that usually matters most to men. My Dick size. I knew according to measurements I was average. But at 6'3 230 average wasn't good enough for me. I had dabbled in manual pe always researching new things to try. Nothing was working. Then I came across this site. I can't thank skeptical enough for the work he's done here. He's changed lives. When I started my journey my Flaccid Girth was around 4.25-4.5in. Erect Girth was around 4.75in i believe. I was to scared to try permanent filler like PMMA at the beginning but HA sounded to temporary and more expensive in the long run. I settled on Ellanse. I booked with Avanti Derma and Dr. C did my first 2 appointments. One in 2020 the other 6 months later. This pushed my Girth to around the 5.75 range. I was very pleased but one thing many of you will find out on your journey. You will always want more. My goal was a 6in Girth. So a year or 2 later I scheduled again and received another 10cc. I was now up to 30cc and was around 6-6.25in Girth. But remember what I said about not being satisfied well I scheduled one more appointment and received 10 more cc this pushed me to 6.5 Girth. This was great but I was also reaching the point that things would just no longer look natural. Glans look almost non existent in Flaccid state.
I do want to state I'm married an obviously my wife is aware. When I started this and told her about it. She was just like why. Your Dick is fine you don't need to do that for me. I explained to her that it was for me. When she's older she's going to get a boob job for her confidence. This was the same thing. It was for my confidence. She understood and has supported me this whole time.

I said that to point out that since I'm married and my wife is completely aware I'm not overly concerned with the appearance. I don't want a completely deformed Dick but slight irregularities aren't a concern. Others have seen my Dick since then and not one person has ever had any suspicion that I've had work done. So while it's obvious to those of us that have done this. Your normal person won't notice.

The procedures I've done. The first 2 times were Ellanse and prp. I've never done glans are any red-light therapy. The last 2 procedures were Ellanse and the botox to increase Flaccid hang while recovering. I didn't notice a difference in the Flaccid hang from this.

This next procedure I plan on getting Ellanse, HA the glans, and possibly scrotox for the bean bag.
If I think the HA to the glans helps with appearance I may try and find a local provider that could do top ups on the glans every 6 months or so.

So to sum everything up
2020- 4.25-4.5 Flaccid Girth.
4.75 Erect Girth.
Final stats 40cc later March 2026- 6.25-6.5 fg
6.5-6.75 Erect Girth.

Post 5th appointment 50cc later- ? I'll update once I schedule.

Dose Ellanse cost more than the standard Linneasafe PMMA? I was just looking that apparently Ellanse lasts longer than Radiesse?

Ellanse is polyester? Seems like it would be similar to Linneasafe. I'm not sure how the body would matabalize polyester- since I would think it would last forever.

Yes Ellanse is more expensive. My understanding is Ellanse is a biodegradable polyester. Whereas PMMA is a permanent acrylic polymer that doesn't degrade over time. Your body produces collagen to encapsulate these. You need to check the doctors forum and ask them for a better answer.
My length is around 6.75-7 I believe the last time I measured.
