TOPIC: Anyone with Bellafill experience Delayed results?

So roughly 6 weeks ago I had 20 syringes of Bellafill with Rupeka, the procedure went smooth. Bed side manners were great he made the entire experience very relaxed and besides some discomfort on the nerve block & first syringe or so I didn’t really feel much else once all the numbing and nerve block kicked in. I originally wanted 10-15 syringes but since he said I was considered slightly above average he recommended 20 and that’s what we went with.
Starting size to me is average but I guess that is opinionated and differs for every individual.
My starting stats are as follows
Bone pressed Erect length slightly above 6.5 length and about 6” non bone pressed.
Erect Girth is spot on at 5.2 base, exactly 5” at mid shaft and about 4.75 right behind the glans

Right after the procedure there was some swelling but honestly nothing crazy like I had expected for 20 syringes. The swelling was very minimal. I wore a uro wrap on the way home with an ads stretcher attached right after the appointment. After arriving home I took it easy and started after care later that night. To my surprise by evening all the swelling had almost completely subsided and I was essentially back to normal size with a slight increase in Flaccid length and lots of bruising. I was a little concerned and immediately regretted not going more volume, but atlas I did lots of research prior for about a year and read lots of different experiences so I was expecting a rollercoaster of changes over the first few weeks so didn’t let it get to me. I wore the uro wrap the first 3 days on and off along with ads and Hanging moderate weight pretty much all day for the first 3 days. Even slept with the ads the first 6 days with just enough slack to prevent any retraction during sleep.
Stopped using the uro wrap on day 3 and just continued with the massages and stretching/Hanging. For the entire first 7 days. Honestly though the product never really felt like it moved. And it was very hard to notice any difference since I experienced little to no swelling. I kinda assumed the healing was fast because I’m using ghk-cu. Bpc 157 and tb500 so it’s possible that’s why the swelling resolved so quickly.

Aside from not noticing any changes really aside from a slight Flaccid increase everything looked good no nodules or irregularities which I was happy about. But also, no size gains.
About day 4 I started experiencing severe erections pains, like severe. Not just a little discomfort I’m talking painful. It is something I read other patients of Rupeka experience prior to going, so again not too concerned with this at that point.
Only issue is now 6 weeks out I’m still experiencing pain when Erect, no where near as bad as the first 3 weeks but still enough to make me take it easy, and then just as concerning I’ve measured over and over and over started at week 3 till now week 6 And gains are non existent in Erect state. Still the exact same measurements 5.2, 5, & 4.75
I can only say there is a slight increase in Flaccid length and Girth and I mean marginally slight, like double checking numbers to see a difference, definitely less retraction than before while in Flaccid state but that can be from the Hanging and Botox injections as well.

So I reached out to the doc and he said that it’s normal and that I wouldn’t see actual gains (collagen production) till 3-4 months after the procedure. And that any initial size gains people see in the first weeks to month are just from the bonvine carrier gel.

So I’m posting this here to see if anyone else that has had Bellafill has experienced this and then eventually did see a size increase after 3-4 months. Or am I just unlucky and didn’t respond well to the product.
I know TMartin has mentioned he barely saw gains from Bellafill so maybe he can chime in, but so far this has been my experience. A little disappointed but also glad it’s not a bad side effect, like a deformity or infection, just no gains and a lot of money spent I suppose.

Man you guys are making me nervous. I have an appointment with Rupeka this Friday. Between your pain (and no gain), Bobby Browns Necrosis and the TSA travel debacle, I’m starting to have second thoughts.

I wanna emphasize on the fact that my experience with rupeka was great. Aside from the pain which I’m fully confident will go away, the bellafill issue may just be that I needed more product. I still plan to go back to rupeka after 12 weeks for more syringes, just maybe 25-30 this time, Unless I have a last minute change of and go to advanti but as of right now my plan is to Visit dr rupeka again

You should have some results, at least I did when I went to Rupeka for my first procedure. I went from 5.3 girth to 5.8in girth. Although I had 25 syringes of Bellafill, someone had to explain to me that the volume in each syringe is only 80% the size of those used in Linneasafe. Also Linneasafe is 30% concentration vs 20% concentration of Bellafill. Although they do have 10% Linneasafe as well.

My only complaint is better massage advice for the aftercare. It's kinda hard to describe but Ian would go over with you how to massage at Avanti. I think because I didn't massage as much on my first procedure I developed a small nodule on the top right of my shaft which I recently got taken care of on my third procedure.

I would say if the entry points are still open or bleeding after a few days then make sure the area is clean or maybe cover them with a tiny baindaid or make sure your penis is not exposed to toilet water I guess. Some people were even worried about regular tap water touching their penis while in Mexico due to the water quality but I didn't go to that extreme. All the doctors I went to both in the US and Mexico had extremely sterile environments and protocols, so I think most of the people getting infections are just due to the entry point still being exposed.

I agree with you on both, I didn’t have any concerns either Rupeka and his office as far as not being sterile, and as for the volume I should have definitely done 25 instead of 20 but it’s okay. I Didn’t get bad side effects so im okay with the outcome even though I didn’t gain anything just yet. I hope by 4 months I see an increase

Yea, he recommended 25-30 for best results but a minimum of 20. So I went with the 20, but definitely could’ve safely done 30 and if I could do it again honestly would’ve done a minimum of 30 on the first go around.

Subtle: how much did you gain and what was your length. I’m 6.5x5 and just trying to gain .5-.7. More concerned with aesthetics.

You are the same as my starting stats. I’d do a minimum of 25. If you can afford it I’d say do 30. Any touch ups you might need you can do on another visit. But 30 I believe will be what it takes to Get closer to .75 goal.

Everyone is different though, truckerguy got great gains from his first two sessions of 11 and then 15 syringes 6 weeks later. He went back for touch ups a few times, I asked Rupeka if he remembered the total amount he gave him, it was somewhere around 33-36 total with touch up’s and all I believe. Don’t quote me on that exact number the dr told me the exact amount he got by looking at his computer I just cant remember but it was in the 30’s
Truckerguy gained over an inch in girth and had a great aesthetic result. So some people will respond to the product better. I did 9 more syringes on my first time than he did and haven’t seen anything from it. So again everyone will react differently, I’d say 25 is a good safe number to do on your first session.

I have had two rounds with Dr. Rupeka and had a similar response of what you may be referring to "delayed" results. I did 25 units in . the first round, and after about 2.5 months, I was getting concerned because it looked like I hadn't had anything done. Over the next few months, my body continued to build the collagen, and I ended up with great results. I honestl think it was close to 7-8 months when the collagen addition stopped. The second round I did a much larger volume of 50 units because I wanted to achive my goal and not keep repeating sessions. It was an amazing result initially, and I did have quite a bit of pain for the first couple of weeks to the point it would wake me up at night when I achieved erections. It was extremely painful at times. I think just due to the volume and stretching of the fascia and other anatomy.. After about 3 months, again it kinda looked like I did not get a lot of results. However, the collagen addition kicked in about 4 months, and I have added size consistently over time since I had that round in Feb of 2025. It was very large and had great results just after that round of 50 units, and I think it is probably bigger now than after the initial procedure before the filler was absorbed. I think my body responds well to the Bellafill and I've gotten results much better than I expected. Currently, I'm between 7-7.5" Girth at 6.5" in length. I'm super happy with the reult, and may go back for a touch-up round at some point in the future.

Thanks your response! That’s great info and exactly the kind of insight I was hoping to hear. I know everyone has different responses to filler, so not seeing any results 6 weeks In after 20 syringes has been a little disappointing when I read a lot of other members experiencing great results just a few weeks in. So I hope over the next few months I see an increase. If you don’t mind sharing what was your starting girth and what did you gain from the initial 25 syringes before you did 50

When you had your initial round with Dr Zimmerman, were they .8ml syringes or 1.5ml syringes. I know they make the larger size because that’s what Jiva was offering at that price point. Plus, your gains seem disproportionate for 10x.8ml syringes with him. Your gains per ml with Rupeka match what I’d expect for .8ml.

Maybe mention the post on here with The necrosis case to see if the doc can chime in on that post. I sent him a dm about it to get an idea of what he thinks went wrong but he hasn’t seen it yet.

I didn’t want to ask. Wouldn’t want to put him in a bad place with HIPPA laws.
