TOPIC: HA Filler (Teosyal) Round I: Androfill London (Photos Inside)

In January 2026, I received my first round of HA filler (15ml) at Androfill London. Below is my entire experience. I hope others find it useful, as I have PhalloBoards to thank for being an invaluable resource that encouraged me to make this decision.

Background
I’ve done PE work inconsistently since 2017, primarily manuals and vacuum pumps. Any gains were minor and related to EQ, and I struggled to stay consistent over time. Pumping results were only temporary (<24hours) and caused skin hyperpigmentation. In May 2025, I discovered PGE injections while researching scrotox injections.

I chose PGE for:

Confidence. To feel more satisfied with my physical manhood
Effectiveness. Time is valuable. I wanted a more impactful option that gives it back
Aesthetics. Better proportions between leg length and penis size
Girth Gains. Enhancement. I desired a thicker appearance and improved sexual performance
After thorough research, I decided on Androfill London for my procedure. Dr. Greta Peciulyte is medical Urologist, has a strong reputation in this field, and her work is consistently rated as excellent by other PhalloBoard members.

Convincing Myself and My Partner
I first asked myself: Have I optimized my natural self through diet, exercise, and supplements before seeking professional treatments? These are medical procedures. Physical and mental fitness are hugely important for the best results.

I then needed to convince my partner. Fully expecting a difficult conversation, I organized my thoughts and prepared for the worst. Surprisingly, she was much more open-minded than I anticipated.

She began the conversation by mentioning she heard about scrotox on a reality TV show. I took the opportunity to say I’d thought about getting it done, and that specialized clinics offer similar Botox treatments for the penis shaft. Girth fillers as well. We don’t have children, so I half-jokingly said we might as well spend our money on ourselves. She agreed, with her only concerns being that I was safe and did my research. She asked how much larger I planned to go and a few technical questions about the treatment. Ultimately, she affirmed that I’m already the perfect size for her, but it’s my body, my choice.

I felt a bit stunned by her openness and support. I had way overprepared for this conversation only to realize that my partner just wants me to be happy. It also made me realize that most women do not think about—or care about—our dicks as much as we do.

Logistics
Booking the treatment via the online Androfill portal was straightforward. My only criticisms are that the website is outdated and pre-appointment care could be improved. The automated emails are a bit clunky and communications were not proactive, but the patient care team did answer all my questions via WhatsApp. I received a call confirming my appointment the day before, but quickly suspected it was an AI agent on the line. Not a huge deal, but for a premium treatment like this, I hoped for a more personalized approach.

Booked a short morning flight into London and an early afternoon treatment at the clinic. I expected to need two full hours to accommodate the consultation, questions, and procedure in one visit. Booked an evening flight out of London so I could recover at home. Timing was rather tight on the back half due to wait times at the clinic, a longer consultation, plus antibiotics pickup. I would recommend preparing some extra time for your travels than you might expect.

The clinic was easy to find, located in a fashionable, upscale neighborhood in central London. The area felt chic and affluent, with high-end shopping on Marylebone High Street & Oxford Street. The latter also made for easy connections via the underground.

Androfill is just one part of a small building shared with other medical practices. After ringing reception, I was asked to wait in the general waiting room while they notified Dr. Greta.

The Consultation
Dr. Greta was professional and encouraging throughout the consultation. She began with my patient history, then described my options, and answered all of my questions. Speaking with Dr. Greta greatly normalized the whole process, and her confidence was very reassuring. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold product or services.

Her most helpful advice was do not overthink the aftercare, especially molding the filler. Dr. Greta uses a standard-practice injection technique and has excellent skills as an injector. Any molding should come secondary to mitigating infection and letting the filler settle in those first two weeks.

After taking photos of my baseline size, Dr. Greta suggested how much filler to take. I explained my wants as:

Know I want: filler with excellent quality, safety profile, and longevity (at least 12mo product lifespan)
Think I want: high G prime (firmer), high volume, and multi-session approach (aiming for +10% size increase per session across 2-3 treatments)

Dr. Greta approved my treatment plan and recommended 13 units (15.6ml) of Teosyal (Teoxane). She uses less Volux (Juvéderm) in her recent work, and sees great results using Swiss product.

To combat some minor ED issues, I also opted for Botox injections (‘Androtox’) at a discounted rate. Dr. Greta highly praised Botox as an effective treatment, and claimed it should replace my daily 2.5mg Tadalafil dose.

Total cost: £4030 ($5400/€4640)

The Procedure
The first shots of numbing Lidocaine were the most uncomfortable stage. It was over relatively quickly and, because each filler unit carries more Lidocaine, the numbing improved during the procedure. Dr. Greta took careful time to ensure everything was sterile and organized. I admitted to a slight fear of needles, so she played soft music to help calm my nerves. The technique used was two small incisions at 10 o’clock and 2 o’clock near the base, and a long, blunt-tipped cannula that was worked up and down to lay the product on the top side of the shaft. Both the Botox injections and filler rounds took around 45 minutes in total.

Dr. Greta photographed my final size and prescribed a short regiment of antibiotics, which I picked up at a local pharmacy for £28 ($37/€32) before returning to the airport.

Recovery
Day 0: Uneventful flight home. Slight ache in deep groin. Very swollen and some bruising from Botox injections.
Day 1: Morning erections normal, slight ache near injection sites. Removed bandages. Started antibiotics. Showered that evening and attempted molding, but not much. Bruising from Botox injections very dark. Impressively swollen.
Day 2: Morning erections felt strong. Filler is noticeably softer and swelling largely reduced. Bruising still quite dark. Not many erections throughout the day. More light molding during evening shower.
Day 3: Bruising starting to fade. Filler is still quite soft and bunches up in some positions. Finished antibiotics.
Day 7: Botox is noticeable now. Can maintain Erection without ache/fatigue for long periods of time. No more tadalafil!
Day 10: Did light masturbation, avoiding the filler areas. Still learning this new feeling, it's an emotional rollercoaster. Filler settles slowly. Very pleased with the soft hang—impressive visual.
Day 14: Bruising so slow to heal. The product is slightly firmer and feels more natural now. Filler ‘shoulders’ noticeable during masturbation, but slowly gaining comfort and confidence.
Day 21: Filler has completely settled. Erection hardness feels different, like a cushioned layer over top of the shaft. This adjustment is the most challenging psychological hurdle. Overall pleased with first results, looking forward to future enhancements. Botox results are fantastic, will absolutely maintain this treatment.

I avoided measuring, photographing, or obsessively molding the first week. PGE injections are a process—they take patience. Plus, the best PGE results come from multiple treatments. I anticipate any repairs can be managed at my next appointment.

What is your Erect length? To increase 15% in first visit from 15ml is fantastic results. I wish you well on your journey.

As for the moulding process was it difficult or is the new technique resulting in minimal moulding needeed. Did you increase the moulding in second week? my biggest fear is struggling with the moulding what care did you receive?

My Erect length is over 7.5" (19cm). I was pleased to see such an increase after the first round, but definitely notice there is still more room for additional product.

I was not given any specific instructions for the moulding process from the clinic, and after Dr. Greta's comments, I didn't try very hard at it. Dr. Greta did well to place the filler consistently and evenly, which made a big difference for the end results. I also went into this process knowing I would want/need multiple rounds, so moulding wasn't something I worried about this time. Be sure to ask questions if it's something that concerns you.
