TOPIC: 7 Month Update

My last two sessions were at AD in June 2025 followed by a session with Rupeka down here at his Sarasota office in July 2025. I received the Utmost Package at Avanti (+.25” with 19 syringes of Linnea) and then did 20 syringes of Bellafill on my underside with Dr Rupeka (maybe +.0625” as it just seemed to fill in any dips I had) . I’m currently sitting at around 8x6 and my partner and playmates are loving the size…so far. I plan on scheduling with Rupeka again either April or June of this year to do another possible 40-50 syringes as it seems to take a lot of Bellafill for me to notice any changes but I’m hoping to reach my goal of 7” in Girth at some point. Your current Girth is between the size of a toilet paper roll (5 3/8") and small red bull can (6/12"). Mostly like a standard medical bottle size (6")....sounds like fun but bigger than I want, too afraid I would end up with the pig in a blanket look when Flaccid and walking around the nude pool but I say go for it if you have the mindset.

My big thing is I’d like to be more proportionate. I’m 5’11 and 220lbs with huge hands and 28” thighs. I need it to look like it belongs there HA HA HA. I’m really hoping to avoid the pig in a blanket look but the 40 or so syringes should only give me about half an Inch of Girth if I’m lucky. Hell I may like it enough to stop there.

Imo you are good where you are. Jesus lol I would love for you to a progress report on how the ladies respond to this. Being 7 and over has its advantages and disadvantages so I have heard.

There are plenty of pornstars that are 7in Girth, Girth Masterr, Brickzilla, Troy Francisco. Although many women complain once you go over 6.5 in Girth.

I managed to get to 7 in Girth after pumping and I've gotten complaints that it was too big.

I would just keep going to Avanti just because they give the HA filler in the glans on top of the regular Linneasafe filler for the shaft. You could literally go there 3 times for the cost of 1 visit to other doctors.

My plan is to go back to Avanti after a year of extending. Also there is a slight discount if you go during your birthday ($300) and I'm actually cutting down weight with Tirzepatide. If you look at the pornstar Damion Dayski it's the opposite- he doesn't have huge legs. He's like 5'7" and his Girth is not as big but it looks large because of his lean frame.

I'm not going to pretend to be in your shoes or understand your motivations, but if you feel being 5'11" with 28" thighs doesn't proportionally accommodate your current unit (which is effectively hung) than a 7" Girth won't make much of a difference at all. Your comments suggest you may be experiencing some degree of body dysmorphia (I say this respectfully, as someone who has seen this run its course innumerable times) given that your body type isn't exceptionally huge while simultaneously rocking a legitimate and naturally aesthetic 8x6... if anything your shaft looks even bigger for someone of your overall dimensions if we want to talk proportions.

The reality is: [1] Any more work and you're going to risk going from natural to discernably enhanced (as in, it may become more obvious you got "work done down there"); [2] You will needlessly have more filler injected into an already successful result, opening you to not just the previously mentioned aesthetic issues, but potential complications as well (even if uncommon relatively speaking); [3] And even if everything goes fine, you may (and almost certainly will) still find yourself back to square one if it doesn't seem to resolve this issue with "proportion" (the reason you're considering this in the first place).

When you've won, you take your winnings and go home. You don't stay at the poker table thinking your hot streak will last forever. Sure injectable Phalloplasty seems straight forward... it's non-surgical, non-invasive, relatively painless and done within an hour or so. But it isn't 100% care-free.

Given that complications can and do happen (no matter how uncommon relatively speaking), is it even worth it for what will otherwise be a non-solution for what you believe is the issue (i.e. body-to-penis proportion) ?? There was one guy here recently who wished he had stopped when he finally hit the jackpot of results... he still had to have more and ended up with an unintended infection (typically in single digit percentages across most elective procedures, a risk nevertheless), and has since been fighting an uphill battle to regain normalcy. Not saying that will happen to you, and most end up fine, HOWEVER -- WHY RISK IT AT ALL IF YOU'VE ALREADY HIT THE JACKPOT??

Regardless of who does it, be it Avanti Derma, Youthology, or others, there is no amount of skill that can prevent your penis from entering a threshold where it becomes a case of diminishing returns. So this is not a criticism or lack of faith in your Provider(s), but rather a reality-check about why your desire for more syringes is rooted in a place that isn't being completely reasonable.

Even if you were 6'4 with 30"+ thighs, an 8x6 would still look huge by comparison!

While I'm not going to tell you what to do, nor that I completely understand how you feel, what I will say is that it would be a poor decision if you got any further work done on your penis enlargement, based on your own stated motivations. This would be true both in terms of money spent, and in terms of unforeseen risks.

Again, not passing judgement, but as a Patient Advocate I also have to be a voice of reason here. If you choose to go ahead, then at least you know myself and others have all been genuinely upfront with you. its only so much you can actually take before something goes wrong i regret my last underside procedure wasnt worth the risk so we got to know when to quit what im after is length and theres nothing you can do to really get this 8x6 is the goldilocks and i wish i had that size.
